Covet: Kelsey had just finished putting away leftovers, and was now sitting in the common area working on some homework she needed to catch up on, while trying not to ignore her burning eyes.
DGNightwing: -Jason had returned from being out. He was doing alot of thinking and what not. He just wanted to get away from the stress. He unlocked the door with his key pad and made his way through the hallway, of course the first person he saw was Kelsey. He saw her doing homework, he sighed and walked up to her- Totally wasnt trying to see you today. The last two days of dissapointment were enough. But here we are- he sat down next to her
CovetCovet : Looking up as she heard a voice, she saw it was Jason, "Oh...Well, I kind of live here, so... yeah." She said as she set down her pen, rubbing her eyes.
DGNightwing: No shit. - he nodded- You good? Why dont you go get some rest? Youre obviously tired.
Covet: "Mhhm." She said, "I'm fine, I have to have this done for class in the morning. I won't have time to do it in the morning before." She told him as she glanced back down. "Do I want to know what you're doing out so late?"
DGNightwing: Just clearing my head. I had alot on my mind...so I tried to find a peacefull place to write a song. Didnt really work out. was probably just going to come back and crash. But fate brings you to my presence- he chuckled
Covet: "Lucky me." She mumbled under her breath. "Peaceful is hard to find in Portland. But if you find it, don't let people know because they'll just come along and ruin it for you." Kelsey told him with a slightly sardonic laugh.
DGNightwing: -he smiled a little- Yea, ive seen two altercations, both of them had the same girl in it. Shes causing a lot of problems it seems. People can try to come ruin me all they want. It wont work. I was able to find time to get an idea for a song, going to take it to my producer tomorrow and see what he says
Covet: "Sounds about right. Welcome back to Portland." She said, answering him as she wrote down something fromt he section of reading she was scanning over. "Cool, good luck with that. I should be hearing from my Publicist about concerts that she wants me to do, and where I'm at with my album sales. I'm pretty sure I'll be touring next summer."
DGNightwing: You know...I could get you on the map alot sooner if you want..nothing big. Just to get a taste of what its like- he sighed- I know youre going to deny it, but I think it wil be great for you.
Covet: "Jason, I've got an album that's creeping up on Platinum status, That's almost a milllion units sold, in a month since it's release. I've been on Ellen, I've been on Ryan Seacrest. Me not being on the map, and being this big over night blow up star, is because I'm putting my education first, so that I have a fall back, if the public turns on me and I won't become some washed up teen pop artist. Nancy, my publicist, has tried to push me to do more, but I told her school first." She told him, "I know what the taste is, Annalise Roth, and Liz Reiger are two of the biggest pop stars out there right now, and I've been friends with both of them since before they were famous, and I see how busy they are and how much they are in the public eye, and scrutenized. I'm doing this my way, and it's working just fine." She said smiling, proud at herself.

He moves it to Skype with some excuse about having to take his dog out.. Starting to see a pattern here....

[1:16:53 AM] chris raney: -Jason looked at her nodding- in proud of you, in happy for you. You've always had it.  I'm getting up there as well. I just have a couple bumps that I want to fix. I left  that group I was in, for reasons, now we made it huge! I wanna do my own thing now. You nor your boyfriend would appreciate this but I have a song that I wanna do. But I need a female voice too, and I want you to do it. I can send you the lyrics for it if you're interested. Or you can make your own part.

[1:24:25 AM] ♪♪♫.:*[Kikikins]*:.♫♪♪: Kelsey looked over at him and blinked, shocked at his brazenness. "I can't right now.  My schedule is pretty booked, at the moment. But I'm sure there's someone else that you know with your Huge status, that would love to do it." She told him as she looked back down at her homework, biting the inside of her cheek.

[1:26:48 AM] chris raney: Uhhh...I figured you'd say that- he laughed- it's not about finding someone. It would take three days tops.  It's cool though, I get it. It's cause it's me, I'm not stupid. Your man wouldn't like that either. I would love to find someone though. I just need your voice. I mean, fans would love it I think.

[1:33:37 AM] ♪♪♫.:*[Kikikins]*:.♫♪♪: Kelsey sighed and rubbed her eyes again. "It's not just that. It's complicated, Jason. I can't just agree to do something without talking to my Label, and Nancy, first. I've got an image that they're pushing to the public, and if I break away from that, it could mean losing my recording deal, breach of contract. That sort of thing. I'm not free to just pick and choose projects willy nilly, and we're still working on other deals and promotions that I'm contracted to do first."

[1:35:38 AM] chris raney: Trust me. I understand. This song fits your genre of music. I promise. You're still going to be the princess everyone sees you as. I'm not gonna push the issue. Think about it. I can assure you it's going to be a hit. You can add it in your list of hits- he nodded- it will be fun- he smirked-

[1:44:44 AM] ♪♪♫.:*[Kikikins]*:.♫♪♪: She said as she closed her eyes, letting out a slow breath. "It's not princess... It's American sweetheart." Opening her eyes again she looked down at her book and her notes, and placed the notebook inside of the book. " Can you please stop assuming that you know the kind of person I am? We're different people now Jason. With different priorities, and different life plans. Sure we knew each other when we were younger, and things were different, But...it's not the same. It's been three days since you got here and I'm still processing all of that, on top of everything else I've got going on. You don't know the first thing about me, outside of the fact that I'm into music, and I'm the mother to your son. Am I wrong?" Kelsey said in an exhausted tone, as she looked over at him. "I need to go to bed. I have class in the morning. I'll see you around." Kelsey said as she got up from the table, grabbing her things as she went off to her dorm, locking the door behind her, and climbed into her bed with Brad, trying to think of some excuse to tell her professor tomorrow, about why her assignment wasn't finished.
