Elora would turn to the Prince and give him a kind smile. Dipping her head in respect of the Crown.

"Hello My Lord, yes, I can help you. Of course. What is the issue?"

She asked while walking over to him.

[17:11] "I will explain as we walk," Alexander says, turning heel and exiting the place of worship.

[17:12] Elora turned then and walked on with the Prince. Having one of the younger guards help her go along.

[17:14] Alexander ras Petrakis asks, "The stairs are not too hard for you, are they?"

[17:17] Alexander, as often he did, made some small talk and chatter as he leads her north. A small trove of guards following, as they always did but the Prince had long gotten accustomed to it.

He enters the courtyard of the Petrakis Castle, and starts moving over to the table and chairs, where a butler, trained by Juri himself pours miss Elora Renae Otho tea.

"This is about the other day and following up on that medic lesson," Alexander says.

[17:22] She'd enter the courtyard and take a seat. Unbothered by the lot of guards. As she sat Elora smiled to the Butler who poured the tea.

"Oh, thank you."

She said with a grin then took the tea and took a sip. When the Prince spoke, Elora gave a nod.

"Ah, yes. Well have a seat and we'll get started My Lord. To start, do you have any questions?"

The Elder gestured to the chair.

[17:25] Alexander often preferred to remain standing but she was his teacher now and that was that. He takes a seat but refrains from any drink.

"Nothing presently."

[17:30] When he sat Elora had taken another drink from her cup of tea. A delighted smile taking her expression.

"Right, I'm going to start you where I've started all of my students. At the beginning. The very first step of every procedure is to wash your hands.

You need to do so thoroughly as such reduces your chances of adding infection to the patient."

There was a short pause. During which Elora had rested her cup upon the table.

"Secondly, you need to observe and examine. You need to judge the extent of the wound. Doing such will allow you to plan and determine the procedure you'll preform."

Elora paused again. Allowing some time for any questions if the young Lord had any.

[17:35] The Crown Prince nods his head, and gives her his attention as she starts.

"My mother had always told me to start from the bottom like everyone else. So no special treatment. She would not be pleased to hearing me taking shortcuts," he admits, then thinks over the steps she had given so far, committing them to memory.

"I can do that. We treat every injury differently then?" he clarifies.

[17:40] It seemed that the Queen Mother and Elora thought very much alike in that aspect. IT was good to know. That aside, Elora would press on.

"Correct. Every injury is different. You'll preform a different procedure every injury."

Another pause came, though it was short lived. Given she took a small sip of her tea.

"Before you can preform the actual procedure you must clean the wound. Every wound will need cleaned no matter the extent.

The best way to ensure a proper cleaning is water and cloth. Scrub the area thoroughly. The deeper the wound the harder you need to scrub.

Even if it is a burn you need to scrub the surrounding area. You need to clean it of blood and harsh bits of skin."

[17:45] The Crown Prince shows some surprise at that, "That sounds gruesome. Won't it hurt? What if you are helping an old lady, like yourself?" Alexander says. It became quite clear, he often did not get injured, at least grievously so the idea surprises him some.

And nor did he spend much time healing his own wounds, they had a doctor on premise.

[17:49] There came a nod from Elora. To confirm his answer before she'd verbally respond.

"Oh yes. Very much so. Your patient will experience great pain when you clean their wounds.

There are ways to dull the pain. Such as Holy magic."

A small gesture to herself was made. Hinting at the aura around her.

"Also, you can use Lax Essence or a Reed bowl to help control their pain. Or, if you know a safe tactic you can render your patient unconscious.

So that their body and mind does not have to deal with the pain. At least not during."

Another pause came. That time Elora would finish off her tea. Setting it to the side for now.

"Once you've cleaned the wound you're free to begin the procedure. Depending on the wound, as I said before, depends on the procedure you'll be preforming.

Cuts often require a set of stitches. Punctures must heal from the inside out, meaning you must bring the two wallsof flesh together so that they body naturally forms together.

For burns, as you saw, you need to preform a graft. Removing the skin and replacing it either skin from the patient or in that case, a Trauma Kit."

[17:59] A shake of his head occurs, "I can not use holy magic. Only cosmic but I will use those other ideas. Keep them in mind at least."

The rest of the talk is listened to and he starts off quite abruptly. "Different types. Cuts need stitches. Punctures - ah, that one sounds the most difficult," another sidewards shake of his head occurs. "I did not see it all but I did see the end. So that is what a Trauma Kit is. It must be strange to have one," Alexander could not yet imagine it. "Like armor on your chest."

"Anyway. I can remember all of this. Would another lesson be good? You have not grown bored of me already, I hope," he gave a brief smile, having liked Elora's sense of humour.

As for the finished tea. "Did you want any more?"

[18:03] "Mhm, that's right. Like armor on your chest."

She'd confirm with a nod.

"But yes whenever you'd like another lesson I'd happily do so. If there's a chance for you to observe a surgery, as Florale did today, I'll see about finding you.

That is the best experience for any aspiring Doctor."

Elora said then shook her head at the question of tea.

"Oh no, that's alright thank you though. I must say though I need to be going. I forgot about a family meeting I called. The day just got away from me.

I enjoy your company My Lord. I'm looking forward to our next session."

[18:04] Alexander ras Petrakis says, "As do I. I will have a guard escort you out."
[18:04] Alexander nods to one and they head over, to help Elora down the stairs and back wherever she wished.
