space pirates:
physical look: sunkissed. no limits to features. same height average as technos, but are typically toned/built people. i'm thinking of this race ... and maybe incorporating them to be like futuristic gladiators.
b) their children are trained from a very young age into combat and warfare training. there is no real economy. women are equal to men, and both go into brutal war to claim land that isn't theirs. those who retire from the force just contribute back into it by teaching the younger ones to fight.
c) invade weaker planets, ensalve some, kill most, and occupy land until next target.

technoplanet notes:
physical look: pale, either extremely light features ( hair/eyes ) or extremely dark (hair/eyes). relatively tall, but not like viegles. they are the in between humans and vieglenisians.
a) technoplanet can warp time/space: which means teleport and time travel possibly.
b) the primarily intelligent beings on this planet are crystallized inside.
everyone comes from the same mother rock in the core of the planet.
c) technoplanet is neutral in alliance and doesn't participate in any intergalactic trade or warfare.
they are one of the oldest civilizations in the universe, alongside viegles.
d) these two planets used to quietly watch over earth as it grew into something both beautiful and horrid.
when they saw earth was on the verge of dying out completely, technoplanet was like: haha serves them right.
just let them be. if they help themselves like we ( viegles and techno ) did, then they prove themselves
worthy for us to be revealed to them and share our knowledge. but viegles disagreed, and chose to help the
humans even though their ally urged them and threatened to revoke their communications.
e) a foreigner coming into this country would see the same face twelve times, but not know that they are in
fact a hivemind of a single man in his living room. i imagine them never actually leaving the safety of
their homes. instead, they send out a double of themselves to communicate/fight outside the planet.
they control the second body on a cool platform with transparent screens showing what the double sees.
f) that planet also has no bodies of power. there are rules in the city's "system" and absolutely
everything on the planet is connected to it on a computerized grid. if someone breaks a law, technopolice
rolls in to fuck you up. well technically they have a code protocol to follow, so your punishment depends
on the severity of the law breaking.
g) so basically, technoplanet now rivals against their old friend viegles. and is sour with earth until
they create robots with personalities and compassion. it's something completely unique to even them.

viegles notes:
a) viegles' unique niche is controlling/possibly stopping minimizing or maximizing black holes. to be discussed.
