	David had been struggling for over two years with the harsh training he had imposed upon himself in the northern wastes, and finally he realized that he simply wasn't capable of increasing his power efficiently as things currently stood. If he wanted any chance at growing more powerful he would need something that would multiply the difficulty of his work outs.

	So he began delving into the world of science in hopes of finding something that might help increase his power, and as time passed he came across a few ideas from intellects of the past. Quite a few of them believed that with the proper materials a chamber could be constructed that would enhance the affect of gravity upon any individuals or items that resided within the chamber. It was an interesting idea that he felt had quite a bit of promise, and from what he was reading of their works they had actually succeeded in creating a prototype.

	The young man quickly set out so that he might gather the materials necessary for creating this chamber, as well as a few extras in case it needed improvement, and heading back towards his new facility he immediately set off to work. He began lining the walls exactly as the blueprints stated, ensuring the electrical connections were properly set up for each metal panel, before finally wiring everything towards a single point on the floor. At the center of the room he began setting up a small rectangular device that would control the force emitted by the panels lining the entire room.

	After a moment of thought he had installed some red warning lights that would flash when the machine was on, because he knew his damned students were big fans of bothering him when he was at his house. Regardless the machine had been constructed almost exactly as the scientist had written within his notes! The device in the center was used so one could control how much gravity would affect people inside the chamber, emitters beneath the panels lining the room would begin applying force upon the entire room, and anything inside would feel the pressure of gravity on them multiply.

	He began removing some of his armor so that he could give the chamber a good test, flicking the machine up towards the maximum output, and the moment he did his entire body slammed into the ground as his bones creaked under the pressure. David hurriedly shut off the gravity chamber for his safety, but even after almost killing himself a large grin was plastered across his face.

"It works."
