character story :
Lexis Bell is a 30 years old young who was born in New Robada.
He had an very happy childhood, as grew up with his mother called Loretta and father called Bell and made lots of friends at High school.
Once he was 14 years old his father left for work in the afternoon but when he was finish with his work he didn't return home so Lexis called the police and explained what happened.
The police found his body [Lexis's Dad] a couple of days after, he was killed and his body was dumped in the ocean at Marina.
After that it changed Lexis's life , He was depressed and didn't want to live any longer , but his mother stood by his side in the difficult times. He didn't know why his father was killed so he went to the police station where they checked the criminal files of my dad and what seemed,he was a criminal. He did shootings, drug trafficking, robberies etc. And he was member of an Grove Street Family.
9 years later when Lexis was 23 his mother died from a heart attack. He was in tears as he thought this was the end of his life. His father and mother both passed away when he was at a young age, His father at the age of 34, his mother at the age of 41. One day he saw an poster about emigrating to San Andreas and to be more specific a town called Los Santos, at the airport he could see beautiful pictures of the city and it seemed to look very good in his eyes, so he did a green card lottery and he won. Then he moved to Los Santos. He quickly fit in and rented a house. He became a garbage collector and was also studying for cook. But soon he learned to know the bad guys of the city. After a while he boned with them. He learn to find out that they where his father's killer. How could he got so wrong after his father passed away he asked himself...After a while he got braved and got the courage to called to police and reported the matter to them. Now those guys are in prison for a long time.

Policy :

Well. Robbing means to take someone's cash by force and scamming means to agreeing to buy/sell a certain good then refusing to pay/give it. Both of them must done ICly not OOC and both have limits in money/level. in Robbing/Scamming All characters involved must be level 5 or higher. In Robbing you can rob a maximum of 500$. In Scamming you can scam a maximum of 50.000$. There's no limit to how many weapons/drugs/cargo you can rob. You are not allowed to kill a player during the robbing/scaming or after Unless there's a valid Such as calling cops or shout for help or insulting. You are allowed to rob back all the things you have lost if you have been robbed/scammed. You may not rob the same player more that once in 2 hour period. House, business and vehicle scams are not allowed.
You may not steal properties or abuse /furniture as a designer. If you have given a property to allow freedom to design the house, you may not steal the property or use this to scam people.
Legal Casinos/Betting shops may not scam players. Maxmum bet you can place in a legal betting is 1.000.000$ and everything must be role-played.
Loaning and Illegal gambling is done at your own risk. So it isn't protected by Level requirements, Admins won't help you if you lend money to other players and they do not return it, Also if your money gets stolen while you are gamling admins wont help you to return the money. if the player runs off with your money then the things with that player are gone. Players must be careful in giving stuff to people who trusted.
Bank robberies require admin approval and supervision, Bank robberies have rules :
(1) There must be at least 30PD/SD members online and on duty.
(2) You need to inform the admin of everything you have planned out before starting the heist.
(3) As soon as you brandish your gun in a bank, silent alarms go off and law enforcement is informed.
(4) There is no roof access to any bank inside of Los Santos.

Rape : Well. Rape it's from Disgusting roleplay which must have OOC permission from all the parties involved before start it, If it's done without taking permissions it will be forbidden.
Also After take the permissions rape must happen away from anybody else to not hurt other people.

RolePlaying Terms :
Metagaming : Using Out of Character information In character is not allowed. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules. Also emothing information such ( thinking, Hearing, Smelling ) that other player have no reason to know

(2) Lexis_Bell Reads another player OOC nametag and roleplays that he knows him. ( Simply because if you meet  someone for the first time in real life you don't know his name )
(3) If you PM your friend for help that's metagaming
(4) Using programs such as Teamspeak,Discord to communicate IC while in game this is forbidden and consider metagaming.
PowerGaming: Performing acts that are not human like, Forcing roleplay on others, Roleplay things that are impossible in RealLife.
(1) Lexis_Bell picks up a bus and throws it at the Flying heli.
(2) Lexis_Bell Jumps on Player's Head, causing him die.
(3) Lexis_Bell throws a ball and it breaks the moon.
(4) Lexis_Bell takes small knife from his bag. start to kill the robbers who's armed with Assult rifles.
(5) Lexis_Bell open his wings and fly out of the Earth.

Kill On Sight: kill someone without Roleplay.
(1) You see your enemy and immediately you shot him with any roleplay.
Car ramming: This is obviously ramming someone or another vehicle with your own Vehicle.
Revenge Killing: Means to kill someone because he killed you first or to return to the place where you died.
Bunny Hoping: Jumping while running to make your character move fast.
