  5. Hello, welcome to the interview discord for the ST Actor Sect. We won't start immediately, so in the mean time I'd ask for you to prepare three event scenarios for me in the next day or two. They don't have to be too convoluted or indepth. Just want a rough scenario for 1-5 people, 5-10 people and then a bigger eventline overall. This is just to gauge your thinking and see where your mindset is at in regarding events. Ping me when you've finished that and we can get started on the actual interview. @Malacath

  17. From here we'll commence the interview. You do not have to answer everything immediately, just whenever you have time to formulate a response. Want you to be as thorough as you wish with the answers to these questions. I may ask for clarification or expansion if necessary. And as always, this'll be reviewed by Xarkly and Myself and potentially the rest of the ST management when deciding if you are going to go on the team.

  19. What do you believe are your strengths as a roleplayer and a potential ST member?

  21. I believe my strengths as role-player are that i enjoy to express my emotes so that other players can enjoy the environment while role-playing their character. I also believe that as a potential ST member i could deliver relaxing events that don't always include Combat roleplay but ambiently and enjoyable time with other fellow players.

  23. Is there any playerbases you would not wish to cater for? (May this be because of personal conflicts or biases. This will not negatively effect your interview, this is just to get a small indication of where you would gravitate towards if you were successful)

  25. I personally have no grudge against no player base, i always try to stay on the positive said and be "friends" with everyone.

  29. Being able to deliver immersive Role-play with events and make people Role-play more instead of sometimes just wander around or stay afk. Also the ability to add new stuffs to the world lore.

  33. For me my Weakness is that I sometimes do minor grammar mistakes and there's times I'm on the rather slow-medium typing.

  37. Right now I think its more like broad, i don't really have a agenda planed, but i have a objective that is to bring good role-play events to the server and not disappoint people with it.

  39. What do you think is your limit on the amount of players you could handle in an event scenario by yourself?

  41. My limit of handling players in one event would probably be up to 5 players at once, with more I'll probably have some emoting difficulties but not major problems.

  45. I always see some forum posts about the ST being lazy or bad, but I couldn't agree with that i never saw why and how, but one thing i would try to change is how fast the CA's get accepted.

  49. If i understood the question correctly, I would try to create more event opportunity for players, as well as on the way to add new stuff to the world with events. I also wish to establish a good community between the players and ST staff so there could be less toxicity.
