If early to blast mask, FA for rock sirloin saves no time and Snowhead cycle is slower by ~8s.
If not early to blast mask, FA for rock sirloin saves enough time for Snowhead cycle to be faster by ~2s.

Snowhead cycle relies on and RNG arrow drop in cycle 3 for action swap, whereas Snowhead after all night mask relies on an RNG bomb drop in cycle 4.

Snowhead cycle is the best alternative to night lullaby skip, since day lullaby skip is noticeably easier (Not to say that night lullaby skip isn't worth going for). Fast lullaby skip (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDL98gjEivc) saves ~15s meaning that if you decide that this is only worth going for with day lullaby skip, then Snowhead cycle is ~7s faster.

If Snowhead after All Night route gets a bomb drop in TF by Kamaro, it can skip buying bombs in bomb shop, saving ~1s.

Since you can still be slightly early to blast mask with action swap, getting a stick in Goron shrine with Snowhead Cycle route, then using that for action swap and in OSH would prevent FA equips from losing time.
