On October 28th, the following conversation had occurred;

Eventually, an unknown "admin" had commented the following:

This is false on multiple levels, which I did respond to on the same chat instantly (literally a second after), with no response back from said "admin":

I then proceeded to exercise my right, and PMed Manjot the logs.

Apparently, this is considered "harassment" when I've PMed logs to someone, when asked to stop by a person who's technically considered unrelated.

The logs were altered by officerbattle, as she removed RP lines from
2016-09-03 03:12:18 - 2016-09-03 03:14:51, this is evident when cross-sectioned with the ones uploaded by Ganqster here: http://pastebin.com/1R8QcgAj

The logs uploaded by her were also not uploaded for any administrator purposes, given that Ganqster himself uploaded the logs for the admins when he stole the vehicles. This means that the only conclusion is that she uploaded the logs to SHARE them, and she MODIFIED THE LOGS, which means she only shared what she was COMFORTABLE with.

Deforming evidence:

Sici was claiming that a UAT member was the one to order to stop sharing logs on /don. This is not true as Exciter himself (when Sici timed out in Teamspeak while she was handling this with me & color) said that he was the one to say so. She purposefully lied to strengthen her argument.

Failure to enforce the rules:

She had enough evidence that show Exciter RAN LOGS on people's PMs for personal reasons, and impersonated administrators. She did not punish him whatsoever.

Oblivious to the rules:

Sici said that scripters have the right to enforce rules, jail, ban, and even supervise vehicle thefts. She said they have the right to perform anything a UAT can do, including using /hideadmin and ordering other people around. This is not true, and confirmed to be false after a conversation with the head of scripters, Chaos.

Erroneous conclusions/jail:

Even when all the above was explained in teamspeak the ticket seen here; https://owlgaming.net/support.php?tcid=6654 she failed to remove the jail accordingly.

Bias:

Rzinity, whom has done worse by copying and pasting more than just the two lines I've shared, continued to paste logs on /don chat. She never jailed him, and he said the reason was because he was on ZTP. That is not an excuse to not punish someone. If anyone was to get leniency, it would be someone who properly explained his POV and has a clean history, not someone who's known for rule breaking.

Color was another administrator assigned, and he was a witness for the entire teamspeak conversation.
