  1. - the Made in Heaven thing is a little confusing, but I'm pretty sure it goes something like this- it is implied in the latter half of the novel that there are a total of 36 "universes" (more like a timeline than a universe) that are strung out in order, 1 through 36, and after 36 they loop. the SBR universe is number one, while the one that Joji Joestar is in is #36. the only way anyone survives the 36 resets is if you are 1. an ultimate life form (which DIO and Kars are) or 2. in a location that is beyond normal time flow. this happens more often than it really should in a normal novel, but it's mostly near the conclusion.
  2.
  3. - none of the villains "work together" like the document describes. yes, technically, Diavolo and Funny Valentine are supporting Dio in the novel, but that's because Diavolo is also Giorno, therefore Dio's son, and with Funny it's either because Dio's body is also the Holy Corpse or because he fears Kars more. Kira fights Diavolo and dies, and Pucci attempts to kill both of them. (But he still 95% supports Dio) Giorno turns out to be DIO of Stardust Crusaders fame, while the REAL Dio was actually the Holy Corpse.
  4.
  5. - a Wound is typically formed from a psychological trauma rather than physical, though with Antonio it is very physical. There aren't very many Wounds in the novel so it's hard to tell.
  6.
  7. - Bound abilities are linked directly to the environment and nothing else. I think the only Bound ability in the novel is Soundman's. He controls any form of earth/dirt/sand, and "connects" to it spiritually. (I think Kars steals that ability later.)
  8.
  9. - "Beyond" is the concept of understanding that you're the main character of a story and allowing it to flow in your favor. Dio, Jorge, Tsukumojuku, and Joji all show signs of this, though it seems like Dio gains his confidence from Johnathan's Stand more than his god complex.
  10.
  11. - Jorge never fights zombies /with/ Lisa Lisa on his wedding day. He just kinda gets beat up alone.
  12.
  13. - Joji and Jorge are from completely separate universes, and Joji is the same age as Jorge on his introduction. Jorge's story somewhat follows canon with some major creative additions for characterization, but we follow him from his childhood on La Palma to his "death" at the hands of an unexpected zombie in the army. Joji just kinda warps around from 2012, never growing up naturally.
  14.
  15. - Tsukumojuku is a hilariously weird character who (seemingly accidentally) jumps between universes and masters the Beyond before anyone else. He's the cause of 90% of the "ex machina"s in the first 3/4ths of the story.
  16.
  17. - Lisa Lisa doesn't do much beyond studying Hamon, fighting zombies, and falling in love with Jorge. No, she never meets/fights Kira. I don't know where that came from.
  18.
  19. - It's implied that Penelope's ability is kind of... both a Stand and a Wound? It has a punch ghost (who is Reimi) but it also has two separate abilities, Cube House and the locked room clowns.
  20.
  21. - Erina's summary is accurate.
  22.
  23. - Johnathan's Stand, The Passion, is presumably /only/ the Hermit Purple halo. Dio uses it often. The Jesus that we see in this novel is a representation of the Beyond, rather than Stando Power. (Not too sure about this.)
  24.
  25. - Straits' summary is accurate.
  26.
  27. - Like I said earlier, the fake Dio is shown to be Giorno+Diavolo. Also, Tusk isn't in this novel at all. It's implied that Dio gets The World Ultimate from becoming an Ultimate Life Form, which happens because he cannibalizes half of ULF Kars' body at one point.
  28.
  29. - Funny Valentine's summary is accurate.
  30.
  31. - Antonio's Wound is that he can shed his skin, nothing more. But also, his skin can then shed ITS skin. All of these skins are then zombified. It's quite a mess.
  32.
  33. - I don't think Cortez was a classmate, but yes, this is all accurate. He uses it to make a ton of "locked room" murders happen. It's quite diabolical.
  34.
  35. - Steven Motorize can open his wings once per week, and it hurts him gravely.
  36.
  37. - Rohan doesn't survive any universe resets. He's also like 30, and in a romantic relationship with Reimi.
  38.
  39. - Reimi is apparently the punch ghost representation of Penelope's Stand ability, which is the Cube House tesseract. She also conveniently has 4 Stand Arrows in her "body."
  40.
  41. - The Nijimura's summaries are fine. And seriously look at their pompadours if you get the chance, they're WTF-inducing.
  42.
  43. - 2012!Koichi/Koiji's summary is fine. He can also give his Stand to other people.
  44.
  45. - Shigechi is accurate, but he's only mentioned in the novel, never shown.
  46.
  47. - Aya's summary is accurate. Again, only mentioned.
  48.
  49. - Kira is a very confusing character in the novel. In the 2012 universe, Kira is the same as DiU Kira, except at some point after he becomes Kosaku, he panics, kills Shinobu and Hayato, and switches again into an election worker. Then he fights Diavolo and is killed by Made in Heaven!Pucci. And yes, Kars DOES steal Killer Queen from him. Just by talking to him. (again, he never met Lisa Lisa.)
  50.
  51. - I don't remember them naming other!Funny Valentine's Stand, and I don't think that is its ability. But otherwise accurate.
  52.
  53. - Funnier is an astronaut, and his Stand (Rear Window) allows him to create an arm with a gun on presumably any surface.
  54.
  55. - Pucci, Soundman, and Pocoloco are mostly correct. They are all astronauts in 2012 and Soundman's ability is a Bound, not a Wound.
  56.
  57. - Giorno does not survive the resets. All he does is "kill" Pucci with GER and then become the fake DIO.
  58.
  59. - The Gang's summaries are mostly correct.
  60.
  61. - Doppio's summary is correct. He was never a part of Diavolo, just a weird ass guy who likes telephones.
  62.
  63. - Diavolo can't be GER-ed because he IS GIORNO. Also, has nothing to do with Doppio.
  64.
  65. - Secco, Prosciutto, and Cioccolata are all mentioned. Only Secco is shown, but only briefly. I don't remember their Stands being named.
  66.
  67. - ULF Kars never really likes humans. He's pretty antagonistic, and only "befriends" Joji because they both don't want ULF Dio to win. At the very end it's implied that he respects humanity because they keep his immortal life interesting, rather than stale. He never mentions Santana. He gets a ton of Stands through Whitesnake, including Made in Heaven Ultimate, though he gets Killer Queen by persuading him to leave Kira. And he DOES Bites Za Dusto like a million times in order to go from the 36th universe to the 1st. It's hilarious. However, the final battle is exclusively against ULF Dio. All the other villains are dealt with (or Funny Valentine, who is essentially neutral), and most of the Kars sacrificed themselves for the "Main" ULF Kars. I should also probably note that this line:
  68. "Then, Joji incorporates the original Kars into his chest (??), which makes all the Kars form a bridge (??????) in order to reach Ultimate Dio"
  69. is actually 100% accurate. This stuff all happens because Joji is trying to fuck with ULF Dio, so he stuffs a bunch of Kars in his bellybutton and pops them out to scare him.
