  1. General rules:
  2. 1. Level 3 non-Tuners have inherent Special Summon conditions and give effects to the Synchros monsters they summon when they battle Light monsters
  3. 2. Level 4's don't have inherent SS conditions, and are battle or stun focused
  4. 3. Level 4 battle focused monsters give effects to the monsters they're used as Material for, while Stun variants like Quarantine and Nullfier only have their stun effects as they're intended to stay on the field.
  5. 4. The only stun card that has an additional effect is Veiler, felt more inclined since it's not Level 3 or 4
  6. 5. Nearly all Synchros have some battle related effect, like attacking twice, gaining atk, etc.
  7.  
  8. Things I'm unsure of:
  9. 1. Do I need the restriction on Veiler and Searcher for what material they can be used for?
  10. 2. Does Reverse Break have too many effects w/3 compared to Garadholg and Thousand Arms. Any changes I should do?
  11. 3. Do I have enough Tuners, or ways to get to tuners?
  12. 4. Is it alright to have Thousand Arms and Ten Thousand Arms?
  13. 5. Should I make the Synchros deal with non-DARK monsters similar to Catastor, or make it so their effect is weaker against non-DARK monsters, but at full strength against LIGHT monsters?
  14. 6. Should I just scrap Pendulums for this and Genex? Only did them because like SHS they had no S/T support, so thought it might be neat.
  15. 7. Should I just add an Synchro effect to the floodgatey cards like Nullfier and Quarantine? Like they can OPT negate a Summon of a LIGHT monster or an effect of one
  16. 8. Should Tuners be like Flamvell Magician and have effects when used as Synchro Material? Cycle Reader banish cards from GY if used as material.
