I was not around for a period of time due to holidays and personal related issues that were by no means permanent. Upon my return I have been busy arranging and scheduling events. Yes you should have had more training, in fact were supposed to, there were meant to be 2 classes per week. For both saber and Force powers, I was not informed you only had 4 classes, Darius informed me he was providing your training. Synade was providing some training as well, prior to that I had been doing all the training myself, thus deferred it to them in order to better expand the plot and storylines provided to the group. As for purging in-actives I gave several of them time to respond and am doing that now actually.

That's a reasonable offer, though I would think that a leader would step down if they knew they would be dedicating a hefty amount of time away from their responsibilities as a faction lead. I absolutely LOATHE ooc chat with a passion as it typically spurs drama. I've kept my opinions regarding the way the Inquisitorious has been ran to myself  since I joined, only pursuing the proper channels to administration to voice my complaints rather than straight up shit talk the group like the rest of the sim, though a majority of the sim's concerns/opinions regarding the Inquisitorious have merit to them. I wanted to see things change in the group for the better, so I pursued that change ICly, the proper way. So for now I believe it best that we not discuss these issues as it'll likely just end up with you not liking me very much.
[18:29] Rual Cruxis Engrave (immortalknightage): Were I unable to dedicate time to the group I would step down, however I am about and creating story for the group even if I am not rping a whole lot with a few of you at this very second. I have note cards for events I have been planning to get underway, and a few alternative roleplay options in the works to allow us to more healthily do our jobs on sim in respect to the community as a whole. Yes, and things are working toward changing for the better, though I am very open to discussion such as thing, I do  not allow my personal opinion to get int he way of my job or duty to the faction. As I have expressed from the very start, people are welcome to voice their issues and bring them to me. The group however is as expressed many times not the place to do it.

Or allowing the Fifth to abuse students in training, on top of teaching forbidden techniques that would overstep the boundaries put in place by Lord Vader and Emperor Palpatine. Things that have been going on within the group had you been active enough to see them play out.
[18:40] Blue Swolo (kings2glaciers): I'm afraid IC wise we may be in a bit of a pickle. As far as my Chiss is concerned the the Chief and Fifth are a threat to the Empire. I happen to have 7 people that also share those opinions, with logs of RP that have occurred over the past month and a half.

He has been very open to such questions usually, also as mentioned we have been going off of Legends not cannon, our jobs extend past the cannon versions and as for force powers, we are open to all at this current time, with the exception of sith powers specifically Sith alchemy.

Your words were "I can't handle OOC toxicity, I can handle IC toxicity."

As for my not handling it, I chose to bring in Relapse as an outside opinion, to ensure my own decision was fair, and I asked for this to remain fair to the group and the specific person involved. MY personal experience with him has not been the best, which was why I made that call.

[18:49] Blue Swolo (kings2glaciers): I don't believe this can be handled on an OOC front with a resolution that the majority of your group can come to an agreement with as of now, as with most dramatic situations on SL there tends to be a touch of ego and power tripping involved per past experiences in situations like these. Relapse shares the same opinions I've expressed to you today, as does most of the entire sim, Rual. I suggest we allow this to play out ICly and go from there. Relapse and I are having a meeting with Eva, you'll likely be pulled into that at some point.

I am here for the faction and to ensure what is best for the group and the faction as a whole, hence why I have been working on events and planning things to better enhance the roleplay for the group moving forward. The museum was for the group, as a cover to add to the more investigative side of things as previously discussed on several fronts. Though yes its best things are handled icly.
[18:58] Blue Swolo (kings2glaciers): If that were the case then you would have stepped down when you decided to disappear for a long time to build a sim, that's my opinion on the matter that won't likely change. Relapse was moved in to be an ST for the Inquisitorious. Were you not so detached from your group you would know that the majority far prefer his event style than the basic walk here, hack and slash, walk there, hack and slash. He's truly a breath of fresh air to the group, so with that in mind perhaps writing up events wasn't the best course of action. If it takes you 4 days to change someone's title in a group after they were promoted, if you're -that- busy.. then you need to rethink if you being at the helm is best for the group, anyone with any power or sway over an entire faction has to consider that reality at some point. I'm simply stating that I believe it's far too late now as IC opinions have been developed and the inevitable RP is coming where there will likely be an attempt on the Chief and any who stand with him. I formed this because I wanted to see the group flourish, I care about SWRP and have expressed dearly to any admin or owner that I do not seek leadership should you be removed ICly. I'd much rather it be an NPC. I did not want to have this OOC back and fourth where I have to justify my opinions to you. There are at least 6 of us who share the same opinions ICly. I hope you don't use this as a means to somehow find out about it ICly either. That would definitely cause it to not be handled ICly. That would likely get the attention of the owner and the rest of staff.
[19:07] Rual Cruxis Engrave (immortalknightage): It took me that long because I had a friend who was threatening their own life, whom I was providing emotional support to during that specific time as I expressed to the admin team, and to others. I was often not about for that reason. That being said, if the group prefers his ST events, he is more then welcome to take the mantle in that regard, I have no issues with this, in fact it makes my job easier as I expressed. As for being detatched, if people do not come to me when I have expressed being open to issues, and asked them to come to me with thoughts and opinions, that is on them. As for using this information icly? I don't metagame. I handle things icly as they are meant to be handled, though I am glad you are of the impression that I would even dare do such a thing, though it has been very obvious the amount of insubordination within the group, that was made abundantly clear.

You shouldn't be at the helm if you're unable to fulfill basic responsibilities. Anyway, let's hopefully sort this ICly and once the meeting with Eva, Relapse and I occurs I suppose we'll see what happens from there.
[19:10] Rual Cruxis Engrave (immortalknightage): The first event, was more hack and slash, was also meant to prelude the dawn temple, which was more puzzle based. I ran one full event so far, after returning from the dawn temple, the sith area of the lower temple was going to be fully excavated which again was another more puzzle event then any actual combat, save perhaps one encounter or so.

It's intricacies like that, that are overlooked and give people the notion that the group is a joke. I truly believe that if any leader cares about a group/faction that they will take the necessary steps to ensure that it is thriving, even if that means accepting negligent behavior and stepping down from the helm to allow it to flourish.
