Why?:
- High Elo: With all that tenacity, her stun will only last 0.5s, plus she has no dashes and her speed up is kinda weaker than yours so you can easily get on top of her. Plus she isn't really that great at poking but has insane burst.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

How to win?:
- High Elo: Use bush, Garen loves bushes. W her stun, run at her, what can she do? Her burst only does ~40% of your HP if you W in time while yours does her whole HP bar.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

General Tips:
Put 2 or 3 early points in W to reduce her burst, not super needed as she will usually only use her combo when she has stun available.
You could literally int in this matchup and still beat her in a 1v1 because of all the tenacity you have.

Starting Item:

- All Elos: Make sure to stock up on potions every back, don't bother with refillable as it'll heal only 125HP compared to health potions that heal 150HP, even though refillable always refills each back. You only get 2 refillable potions compared to health potions where you can get a max of 5.
