- I copped a lot of flack for not including a big list of everything that's in the mod list, gimme a break dude.
- but here ya go.
- I have seperated this into 2 parts. 1st is General changes. the 2nd is all the Gun Changes and descriptions of the new ones and their changes. they are further below.
- 1. _ MAIN MODS _
- UCP
- ---------
- UCP is the Unofficial COmmunity Patch, it has a shitload of general fixes, changes and buffs to do basic stuff like:
- Auto Pickup Money, Eridium, Ammo, etc.
- General Buffs to Classes/Weapons

- Rise of the Seraphs
- -------------------
- Reworks how the Seraph gear from the mainline DLCs work.
- Crystals now drop from seraph guardians in any mode, not just UVHM anymore. so you don't have to be at the end of the game to get Seraph weapons.
- all Seraph items got reworked, the relics in particular are pretty cool, all the guns got reworked, check Gun Changes below.
- Atlas Reborn
- ------------
- Replaces Vladof weaponry with Atlas weaponry from Borderlands 1.
- Full Skins, Renaming, Reworks etc.
- Vladof increased general Firerate of guns, Atlas gear makes Action SKills regen quicker while holding a weapon. useful on Zero and Maya
- S&S Forever Lite
- ----------------
- Bandit Weapons gets replaced by S&S Munitions from Borderlands 1.
- Full Skins, Renaming, Reworks etc.
- S&S guns slowely regen ammo for the respective gun-type as it's held. generally better than Bandit in every way.
- Who actually liked Bandit weapons?
- Aegrus Commons
- --------------
- Hammerhunt's DLC had some cool rare monsters used exclusively for a shopping list quest.
- This merely unlocks it so those enemies spawn regularly outside the quest, making enemy types a little more dynamic.
- Agility Relics
- --------------
- Replaces a certain type of Relic (I forgot which) with Agility Relics.
- Agility Relics boost Movement Speed and/or Jump Height.
- Also spawns on whichever Ancient Relic from the UVHM DLC it was supposed to replace, I think it was for Second Wind time/health
- Assault Shotguns
- ----------------
- Shotguns with Hyperion Barrels turn into Assault Shotguns from Borderlands 1.
- Slightly less damage, more accurate, higher attack speed.
- Gives them more significance in Gun Generation.
- Badassaurus Fix
- ---------------
- Pretty Minor, I think it just gives him a crit-point and he doesn't reflect ballistics anymore.
- The fight was pretty aids Vanilla, especially in UVHM OP+
- Bane+
- -----
- The Bane's a fun SMG but is unusable in combat, still has the annoying sounds (subjective, I like it and want to keep it)
- but makes it so you can actually move while using it.
- So it's not just a gun you pick up for a 5 minutes, think "that was weird" and never use it again.
- Minor mod.
- BetterBones
- -----------
- Bones of the Ancient got a change, I dunno what. just a general but specific buff, I think it boosts 2 elements instead of 1.
- Better Sights
- -------------
- Generated Gun Sight/Stock give actual bonuses when on it's respective manufacterer type, making gun generation slightly more interesting.
- Bandit (now S&S) - Reduced Recoil, Dahl - +1 burst count per part, Hyperion - Achieves max accuracy faster , Vladof (now Atlas) - Small chance to fire twice
- Jakobs - Small bonus crit damage, Maliwan - Better DoT and Chance, Tediore - Slow ammo regen, Torgue - Small CHance to ignore shield
- BL1 Vendors
- -----------
- Makes Vendors more bountiful and worth visiting, like Borderlands 1
- Vendors now regularly stock Blues and Purples, sometimes even Legendaries.
- Generally makes vendors morei interesting and after 2 full playthroughs money plays a larger value.
- BrandTweaks (Manufacturer)
- --------------------------
- There's a few of these per Manufacterer and even one for General Grenades.
- Makes their gun balancing slightly more interesting (Maliwan Launchers deal less base damage but have much higher AoE, Effect Chance and DoT)
- Amp Shields constantly regens shield after shot but costs more per shot. making commons useful without stepping on the Bee's toes.
- Booster shield packs auto-pickup and can rarely drop Health Packs.
- Grenade Manufacturer Bonuses (Bandit (S&S) Grenades now boost max grenade cap, Tediore Grenades regen over time, Torgue have higher child grenade count, etc.)
- Grenades are generallym uch better getting manufacturer bonuses and the less interesting shields are more worth using.
- Burst Fire Rockets
- ------------------
- Launchers with an Accuracy Attachment makes the rocket shoot in 3 round bursts.
- pretty simple but more generation flavour. I don't think I ever ran into a launcher with this.
- Buttstallion.txt
- ----------------
- Buttstallion was a jew in Tina DLC, making it not worth spending Eridium. this massively increases chances of purples and gemstones.
- gemstones got general buffs and their own rarity tier in other mods included in this pack. makes them a lot better and worth getting.
- Class mod Redux
- ---------------
- Reworks all Class mods to fit their title/gameplay style better (Anarchist for Gaige never boosted the msot important Anarchy skill, the one that grants more stacks per point, now it does.)

- It just amkes Class Mods MUCH better.
- Tina Allegience COMs
- --------------------
- Reworks the Tina DLC Class mods (the DnD allignment ones) to Allegience class mods based on manufacturers
- IE: Dahl Heavy Trooper, Jakobs Hotshot, Hyperion Technician, Maliwan Hellraiser, etc.) per class, per manufacturer.
- also lets these mods outside of Tina DLC although rarely.\
- 1 DnD mod per class is still intact (I think it's the Chaotic Evil ones)
- Basically adds more Class mods.
- Double Anarchy
- --------------
- Restores the much loved Anarchy SMGs from Borderlands 1 to Borderlands 2's gun generation.
- SMGs with Bandit Barrels turn into Anarchy SMGs. Firing an additional bullet (x2) but slightly reducing accuracy.
- SMGs with an accuracy attachment are now treated as double attachments firing an additional bullet (x2) with no downsides
- SMGs that rarely spawn with both an accruracy (double) and bandit (anarchy) barrel turn into Double anarchy smgs with (x4) bullets.
- it's much better.
- E-Tech Pistols Remastered
- -------------------------
- Makes one of the 2 E-Tech Pistols better.
- Dart Pistols now fire Plasma SMGs rounds. higher ammo cost and burst fires 3 per shot.
- Aiming down sight and firing fires a single charged shot with near gaurenteed proc chance, considerebly higher damage but much higher ammo cost (like 15 per shot) and has a delay until the next shot.
- Free Respec
- -----------
- Does what it says on the tin, makes skill respec free.
- FuckReloadMessages
- ------------------
- Removes the !!!RELOAD!!! warning when low on ammo that's present through the whole game. it's minor but nice.
- Gemstone E-Techs
- ----------------
- Gemstone Guns have a rare chance to be E-Tech, not much else here. just nice.
- Global Changes
- --------------
- I singled it out to change very particualr things.
- Running over enemies in a car does more damage, doesn't just ragdoll them doing pathetic damage.
- Timer to travel in Multipler is lowered to 3 seconds from 5 seconds, it was a bit too long.
- Heavy Shotguns
- --------------
- Shotguns with a Vertical Grip atatchment (previously +2 pellets) now change the gun into a 'Heavy' Shotgun.
- Increased Projectile count by 50%, reduced damage per pellet by 20% (still a huge damage buff)
- Lowers accuracy and firerate, slows reload speed. ADDS KNOCKBACK
- it's hilarious to get it on a Jakobs and launch an enemy across the battelfield, even works on allies in duels. we BL1 Sledge's Shotgun now boys.
- Killer Jenkins
- --------------
- Makes Jimmy Jenkins more unique.
- Bigger in size, more helath and damage, much ahrder to kill.
- Drops 2x the loot pool of a loot midget and drops 1 instance of the chubby loot pool in other words killing him is the equivelant to killing 2 loot midgets and a chubby.
- Harder to fight but drops are much better, much more significant if he spawns.
- Legendariesx3
- -------------
- Simple, makes world drops of legendaries drop 3x as much, it's still very low.
- it does NOT affect boss legendary drops, only ones form chests and other enemies.
- Loot Chubbies
- -------------
- Chubby enemies spawn more commonly, I don't think I had ever seen a chubby Rakk before this.
- Loot Hunt
- ---------
- Remember the Legendary Loot Hunt event where they made guns drop from more enemies and it was the only time you could get a grog nozzle?
- this mod just makes that happen all the time, bosses that previously only dropped 1 piece of gear can now drop more.
- Iunno spices up the loot pools a bit.
- Loot Loaders
- ------------
- Increases chance of Loot Loaders spawning (those goofy Loaderbots that where just a chest on a set of legs)
- also makes them actually worth killing, they drop blues and purples and have a higher chance of legendaries than most things in the game.
- Loot Midgets
- ------------
- Same as Loot Chubbies but for loot midgets.
- Mashers
- -------
- Restores Mashers from Borderlands 1.
- Basically changes the double attachment for pistols turn into Masher atatchments. now fires a spread of bullets like a shotgun.
- doesn't just apply to revolvers now, things like Hyperion Shotgun pistols are a thing.
- Much better especially in combo with...
- Revolvers
- ---------
- Jakobs, Maliwan and Torgue Pistols now behave like the Revolver weapon class from Borderlands 1
- The Accuracy attachment on these revolvers now behaves like 'Mag5' attachments for revolvers from Borderlands 1
- making the gun have a mere 2 shots in the gun but they're both extremely powerful. this attachment only takes effect on these new revolvers.
- MedMystery Less
- ---------------
- The Medical Mystery Quest (the one with the big bandit E-Tech rifle that you have to kill Doc Mercy and a bunch of Bandits)
- Now requires considerebly less kills to complete the quest. it was a bit of a slog before.
- There's another mod in here that makes the Blaster that you're forced to use actually have an element on it. I never took note of it though.
- More Chest on Pandora
- ---------------------
- Does what it says on the tin, the mod adds a SHITLOAD of chests all across most maps in the game including the DLCs.
- It's big but I don't know hwta more to say.
- OffhandAmpFix
- -------------
- Amp shields (The Bee) never boosted the damage of Salvador's offhand gun, now it does.
- RaidQuestRepeatable
- -------------------
- Every Raid Boss has it's own quest that you could only do once, this lets you replay it.
- The Raid Quests also give a guarenteed random legendary. pretty alright.
- Rarity Glows
- ------------
- Makes Legendaries, Pearlescents, E-Techs and Gemstone guns have lights for their respective rarity.
- IE leghendary guns ahve Orange Lights on them, gives some old guns enough of a facelift to look nice.
- RefillVendors
- -------------
- Simple mod, makes it so buying 1 ammo pack in a vendor refills your whole ammo stack so you don't break your finger clicking.
- Regen Oppurtunity
- -----------------
- The Lucrative Oppurtunity Relic previously made Item of the Day in vendors refresh quicker.
- This sucked considering the quest you got it from alternatively gave you the HeartBreaker, oen of the best shotguns ever.
- The Lucrative Oppurtunity now gives a low but albeit noticable consistent ammo regen stat all the time. much better.
- Regen Snipers
- -------------
- Sniper Rifles with an Accruracy Attachment now regen ammo slowely over time. not much else. just amkes gun gen better.
- RL Barrels
- ----------
- Vladof Launcher Barrels previously just increased FireRate, it now turns the Launcher into a Helix Launcher from Borderlands 1
- So if a Rocket Launcher now have a Vladof Barrel (the Triple one) it now fires 3 rockets that rotate around eachother.
- Speed Shotguns
- --------------
- Shotguns with the SHotgun Shell attachment used to give general stat boosts, now for the sake of doing so it now boosts movespeed.
- Tediore Regendaries
- -------------------
- Tediore Legendary guns now regen ammo like they did in Borderlands 1, simple.
- Tough ARs
- ---------
- Assault Rifles with a Vertical Grip attachment merely reduced recoil, it now gives 35% damage reduction while held.
- UVHMComsRedText
- ---------------
- The Basegame Legendary Class mods had Red Text o nthem giving a unqiue passive like Salvador running 35% faster while 'zerking
- the Legendary Class mods in the UVHM packs did not have Red Text, they do now.
- UVHMComsWorld
- -------------
- The UVHM Pack Legendary class Mods had this annoying thing where they would only spawn from Legendary Loot Midgets in UVHM.
- Now Simply when a Legendary mod drops it now has an equal chance to be one of the UVHM legendary mods.
- UVHMRB
- ------
- Rebalances the Bullet Spongey-ness of UVHM's OP levels. previously enemies had retard high HP and fuckhueg HP regen.
- they now have no regen and slightly less HP, to balance they have relatively larger shields to warrant Shock over Slag
- It's better but still difficult.
- TPS Scaling
- -----------
- Borderlands 2 suffered from Number Bloat as the game went on, TPS did too but not nearly to the same extent.
- This mod balances the game slightly to TPS's number growth.
- zCharacterChanges
- -----------------
- A big mod that's all the class reworks compiled into one, all the classes got changes, some more than others.
- It'd be hard to label all the changes but ther are large stat rebalances for all if not most skills.
- Some skills got shuffles around into other skill trees to make sense (Zero's melee tree has many buffs for when shields are down but has a skill that regens shield per kill, there's is a skill in another tree that gives bonuses when shields are down. these 2 skills got swapped.)
- A few skills got reworked into new ones but most gamechangers and capstones got rebalanced to be less aids (Axton's Capstones only affected his turret, now they all give Axton a bonus stat.)
- Gaige, Salvador and Axton got the most changes.
- Krieg got a new skill but largely feels similar, just general buffs to older bad skills.
- Zer0 didn't get amny changes but the changes he got make him feel different enoguh to be fun again.
- Maya got the least interesting changes but changed enough to still be notable.
- BL2 Better Loot
- ---------------
- Fuckin Shitloads of Loot Tweaks to not make the game an ocean of Whites and Greens.
- Generally loot drops are much better, purples are way more common.
- Eridium drops much more frequently.
- The game did this weird thing where certain types of gear unlocked as you progressed, IE launchers wouldn't spawn until you hit level 10-ish
- This mod unlocks those so you can get Snipers, Shields and Grenade mods in the Tutorial.
- Relics and Class Mods are now much higher in quality, previously it was way too common for whites.
- Story related chests ahve MUCH higher chances of legendaries. Roland's chest in Sanctuary now has near guarenteed chances to spawn legendaries.
- Mordecai's Chest in his one side quest also has higher chances of dropping legendary Sniper Rifles.
- There are seriously so many changes in this.
- --MANY OF THESE MODS WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED TOGETHER. I HAVE SPENT MONTHS GETTING THEM TO. IT HAS BEEN VERY TIME CONSUMING.--

- Boom puppy -> Bastard : BL1 Gun. Does not shoot Gyro Jets, +FireRate, Splash Radius, Damage
- KerBlaster -> Spitfire : Buffed to hell, +Damage, HitScan while ADS. Reduced recoil while hipfire, increased recoil while ADS
- Ogre - Buffed to not be aids
- Seeker - Paparazzi : +BulletCount, -Accuracy, +Damage
- -Rocket Launchers-
- 12 Pounder --- Buffed
- Creamer -> Spanker : Tri Rockets, Lifesteal
- Nukem --- Buffed I think
- Ahab -> Commando II : Doesn't consume ammo, ammo depletes over time, +Firerate, -Damage

- Is now Atlas. guns fire slightly slower but recharge action skill much faster while held.

- Veritas -> Laelaps : +Movespeed while held.
- Infinity --- Buffed/Reworked, now consumes ammo but regenerates ammo very quickly, smaller/no spread pattern.

- Shredifier -> Griffin : not sure what it does, I think it's E-Tech but it should still be the ultimate dakka gun

- Lyuda -> Bedrum : 'Fires 3 lasers in a spinning triangular pattern with reduced damage', 100% Accuracy, No Recoil, Huge MagSize, Ammo Regen
- Patriot -> Argus : Behaves like a Shotgun Hipfired and Sniper while ADS, +Magsize

- Mongol -> Hydra : BL1 Gun. (except now a RL), 5 rockets in a horizontal spread, +accuracy, -damage.
- In closing lots of new guns. there are new shields but it took me hours to name all the gun changes alone. I'll get around to it if this becomes psuedo popular I dunno man.
