Karkanna Backstory

Karkanna Kolkarun grew up in a life of relative privilege in the Mror holds. A cousin of the ruling family of the Kolkarun clan, she was raised on the doctrine of family first and only for true loyalty, all others being able to be dropped or embraced as needs develop. She showed an aptitude for strength and toughness even early on, and began combat training with her similarly inclined cousins at age ten.

With as many cousins as the average dwarf clan develops, it's impossible to keep all of them laying around waiting for threats to the clan and still have the clan make any money. As a result Karkanna, like many of her cousins, has ventured forth to seek her fortune in the lands of Humans. Make no mistake though, should the need arise to defend her family in Mror, she will return to deal with that threat without a moment's hesitation.

Karkanna is 4 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs 190 pounds. She has blonde hair and green eyes, and has rounded facial features. She is a pleasant but calculating woman, viewing deals made with non-family members as inherently expendable. Still, she won't antagonize others without reason, and so doesn't see a problem with keeping her end of a bargain as long as it doesn't interfere with her family or their business.
