Noble Phantasm:
Baleful Pharmakeia C: A single-target transmutation-type ritual. The primary function is to elicit a monstrous transformation, should the target be subdued or otherwise immobilized for a significant period of time. Depending on the target, the finished product could be powerful enough to fight on par with a high-end Servant, though controlling the newly-created monster could be difficult. The amount a target can be empowered is dependent on its level of sapience as well as overall strength, as feelings of all-encompassing despair will greatly push it beyond its normal limits (doing so could also make it impossible to control, however). In addition, manipulating the results of other transformation processes or installing mental commands into the target is also a viable use.
