en.wikipedia.org uses normally encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tries to establish connection with en.wikipedia.org, the web page returned some unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen if an attacker tries to supplant the identity of en.wikipedia.org or if a Wi-Fi login screen interferes the connection. Your information is still being protected, as Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was interchanged.

You can't access en.wikipedia.org right now because the web page uses HSTS. The attacks and internet errors are normally temporary, it's possible that this page may function later.
