  1. The following info is needed for all events hosted on the RPG Limit Break Twitch channel, and can be sent directly to puwexil:

  3. -Marathon schedule (if applicable)
  4.  
  5. -E-mail address to send guest stream key to (e-mail address must be linked to an active Twitch account)
  6.  
  7. -List of 'marathon admins' who should have access to the Twitch dashboard and Moobot (marathon admins will also be responsible for making VOD highlights afterwards if desired)
  8.  
  9. -List of chat mods (5-10 or more) who can be trusted to enforce the chat guidelines listed in the channel Twitch bio, and who will collectively be available during all hours of the event

  11. Additional notes for chat mods:
  12. -RPGLB is a shared channel used for many events, so mods should be mindful of that when issuing bans (outside of spambots or chat rules repeat violators, consider a timeout for the remainder of your event instead of a perma-ban).
  13. -Community event chat mods should not accept or deny Twitch chat unban requests - those are periodically reviewed and handled by RPG Limit Break staff. If a situation arises during your event regarding a ban or an unban request, please notify Austin, wellsjc, or puwexil via Discord (discord.gg/rpglb), or send an email to [email protected].
  14. -As public representatives of the community event, chat mods should be following twitch.tv/rpglimitbreak on Twitch - they are free to unfollow after the event is over if desired.
