Horrible Horrible Work Never ever use them.  They never fix what is broken.
 Their warranty is like toilet paper and does not cover anything.

First of all if you are reading this I was just like you.  I seen all the good reviews of Paco Services online and thought this guy knew what he is doing and could do a great job servicing my washer and dryer.  BOY WAS I WRONG.

First of all I have a coin operated washer and dryer.  The washer was not working and the dryer just needed some maintenance done because it would not get hot enough to dry my clothes.

Paco came by and was able to asses the washing machine and while he was looking at the dryer all of a sudden he said the part that takes the quarters stop working.  I was thinking to myself this was just working a min ago and what could he have done to cause it to stop working.  I should have known at that point I should have paid him his $35 fee to come there and get someone else but I decided to just get it all fixed for one lump fee and get a warranty on everything that he died.

1 week later the dryer stopped working.  I called paco and said what did you do I asked for maintenance and now the dryer wont work at all.  He took a whole week to come by and look at it and said this isnt covered by the warranty because some part appeared to have been bad and should have been replaced earlier.  I asked him if that was the case why didnt you tell me this when you were doing your maintenance.  He said he didn't do the work and his helper did the work instead.  I then said fine just get it done and paid extra again to fix a dryer that originally was not borken.
