- Basically what I did was make a general mod order like
- Core
- Hugslib
- Jecstools
- Humanoid Alien Races
- Prepare Carefully
- Core Libraries (stuff that adds no content but code for other mods)
- Turret Extensions
- GiddyUp
- Doors Expanded
- MapGen
- Traits
- Medical like Bionics / Androids
- Fuck up everything by adding too much shit mods so go near the bottom
- Hospitality
- Prison Labor
- Simple Sidearms
- Game Mechanics How Items Work UI Mods
- Item adding Mods building weapons quest rewards hair VGP etc
- Races / Factions Massive Pawn Changes
- Animals
- Facial Stuff
- Patching Mods
- RJW
- Kid/Children Mods
- Maybe Patching Mods Here Too
- G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\RimWorld\RimWorldWin64_Data\output_log.txt
- Thats the error log output.
- Ive done a rough 3-4 mods in each section to kind of flesh it out.
- tested i to see if it works.
- Then id go through A adding all the races and test them to see if they work.
- Then the next category
- Then the next letter.
- And I add everything in each section alphebetically so its easy to keep track.
- The only deviation is to add say a patch in where it would be like
- Alpha Weapons
- Jojos's DMG Patch for Alpha Weapons
- Beta Weapons
- Each time I save a Modlist file like A1 Added Weapons
- That way I can keep track of what I added so I know what to look for conflicts in.
- Maybe overkill for you since im working at 500 mods right now like an insane autist but hopefully my autistic workflow helps you.
