  53. This pristine platinum ring is little more than a solid band of shiny metal save for a small discreet holoprojector where a gem might traditionally be set. The built-in technology in the ring synchronizes with the wearers mindsim, allowing different scenes and preferences to be chosen with merely a thought. When activated, the holoprojector displays a small, rotating hologram from one of the many glittering starscapes, dazzling nebulae, and breathtaking galaxies found on the commsphere. Periodically, a shooting star will suddenly emerge from the display and strike out at random until reaching the maximum range of the small holoprojectors field. When deactivated, the holoprojector fades to blend in with the ring; the simple platinum band providing minimalist style for situations when the cosmos themselves must be subdued.
