4) Improve your strats
5) Speedrun
6) Improve strats
7) Segmented Practice
8) No Reset Runs
9) PB Attempts
10) PB
11) Improve strats
12) practice
13) PB Attempts

Repeat steps 10-13 indefinitely

Step 14) Find new strats, look for things

^ Good idea when you've played the game enough, might as well give back to the community.

Step 15) Take breaks

^ Add this in literally anywhere, playing the game too much repetitively is never a good thing, it will kill motivation, if you aren't having fun just step away for a while.
