- Population is an abstract concept assigning 100 population for each hex and gaining 1 more population per turn per hex. A military unit requires 1 population to create
- Patriots
- A “Patriot” is created when rolling a ten and is a citizen or soldier who goes above and beyond the call of duty, giving bonuses to rolls they are attached to.
- Ex. Dr. Nashir Coleman [attach to a ballistic technology research for a +1 ]
- Dissidents
- A “Dissident” is created when rolling a one and is a citizen or soldier who goes out of his way to great detriments to the Nation they live in.
- Ex. Tom Mcgee [attaches to a roll in the “example” ethnic area giving it a -1]
- Technologies
- Technology lists a nations researches, completed and in progress, this includes both mechanical and occult research.

- Factories
- The lynch pin of any military effort are the production lines. Each military unit needs a factory to supply it with the vital supplies it requires to function.
- Ex. Infantry Regiment needs 1 rifle ammo factory and 1 rifle factory to function.

- Every country has enough resources that are not listed and can be assumed to be mostly self sufficient enough to function. Any resource structures built are government goals that add onto of an economy for extra bonuses. Ex. Mines, Altars and Bars etc.

- Combat will be decided with 1d10 given for each unit involved with bonuses added for any number of reasons.
- Ex. Weapon Quality, Training, Experience etc
