- It wasn't enough. Carolina had already activated her speed augment in the air, so she hit the ground peeling towards Baiken before either of them had even registered her landing. A gloved hand pressed against Baiken's face, and Carolina launched Baiken through a nearby wall with the force of a Howitzer cannon, making a hole in the wall big enough to drive through in a semi truck.
- Baiken landed at the edge of a shallow pond, cracking the surrounding river stones and knocking a few into the water. Getting hit hurt worse than the landing, so as Baiken recovered she got an idea of her surroundings, and what she saw made her brow furrow.
