  1. The following information will broaden your knowledge on what the role of "Customer Support" is required to do.

  3. **The skills/performance expected of a Customer Support includes the following:
  4. • Patience - Be able to withstand any ridiculous questions, frustrating customers, or untrusting parents you may have to deal with.
  5. • Knowledge - Know a lot about our business.
  6. • Communication - Be able to form proper English sentences and elaborate anything you're attempting to explain.
  7. • Polite - Always do your best to stay calm and collected, no matter how frustrating, annoying, or questioning (potential) customers are.
  8. • Advertising - Ability to promote our business and acquire potential customers.
  9. • Teamwork - Ability to work with other members of our business effectively.
  10. • Professionalism - Avoid having any personal conversations or discussions with clients - remain professional at all times.

  13. • Must be 13+ (No squeakers)
  14. • Do not promote/work with any other modding business
  15. • Do not release any business or personal information to non-members unless approved (upcoming sale information, personal information about members, etc)
  16. • Do not promise/expect any free modding services
  17. • No scamming/scamming related intentions
  18. • Be polite to all members of our team and customers
  19. • You can join any clan you wish to, as long as you aren't promoting another business
  20. • Access to any carriage platform that may be required (Discord, Skype, etc)

  28. **FAQ:
  29. - How do I make 25% off each sale?
  30. If you are accountable for recommending someone to us and they successfully purchase a service then you will receive 25% of the price of their total first order. For example: If you find someone who wants a Black Ops 2 Basic Recovery package ($5), you must recommend them to us and they must successfully complete the transaction in order for you to be eligible to receive 25% of the sale - which in this case would be $1.25.

  32. - How do I redeem/get access to the money I make from (a) sale(s)?
  33. The money you make will be kept in the official PayPal account until you would like to claim it. You can claim whatever you have made from sales at any given time. All of your sales and the money you made will be logged so there's no chance of losing track of how much you have to spend. You can redeem the money you made with the following methods: PayPal, Gift card(s), in-game purchases, modding services. If you would like to redeem your saved money another way then please consult with Giraffez or Skylinez and we will give you approval if it's appropriate. If you would like to be generous and let us keep your cut, then that is also available, but definitely NOT a must.

  35. - What kind of 'Knowledge' am I required to know?
  36. You must be able to answer any questions the customer may have without consulting us (Skylinez & Giraffez). This means; prices, packages, direct site links, members, roles, payment methods, upcoming/current sales, service rules. If you are unsure of any of the requirements just listed then please ask before you encounter a customer, once you are successfully awarded this position then you must obtain all of this knowledge. Most of the information can be found on our website.

  38. - Do I receive free modding services?
  39. Free modding services will be awarded to members who are doing a good job - always being polite to (potential) customers, answering as many questions as possible, making sales, etc. If you request a service at any given time, without being advised that you are able to, it may delay the time it will take to be eligible to receive one of these services.

  41. - Do I have to provide any personal information?
  42. Everything you want to remain private will remain private. You are not required to share any personal information about yourself or your personal life. You may be required to be in a voice call, but you can remain to type only if you must, although this is not preferred.

  44. - How do I handle a potential customer?
  45. First, ask what service(s) they're interested in purchasing and make sure we provide it. Secondly, list the payment methods we support and verify that they have access to one of them. Answer any questions they ask. Once they're money ready, send them over to us (Giraffez or Skylinez).

  47. - What does 'money ready' mean?
  48. They (the customer) have a working, verified PayPal account or Gift card that they can purchase with pretty much instantly.

  50. - Do I continue to receive a percentage of future transactions with a customer I directed?
  51. You will receive 15% of all transactions with a customer you directed to us after their first purchase. For example: If a customer you recommended decides they would like to purchase another service from us, an hour of co-host($5) for instance, you will receive 15% once their transaction is successfully completed.

  53. - What happens if my customer charges back their payment?
  54. You will still receive recognition for this sale, but you will not receive a percentage of the payment as we don't have access to it either. If the payment is retrieved from the customer then you will be granted your percentage.
