So in summery continuing the world building from this world

A centaur smuggler smuggled a magical statue out of the city; little did she know, the statue was made to be placed in a fertile womb, and its latent and terrible magic is triggered. Killing the gods of that setting, it impregnates her with the combined essence of their godhood. Like many godly pregnancies, there was no outward sign other than an increased health and life shining from her; additionally, as there was no precedent for such a pregnancy there was no way to tell how long such a pregnancy might last. Maybe until the end of the universe.

Some time later, she takes a job to smuggle a halfling out of a city, but the halfling gets stuck. Rest of halfling's party goes in one by one, but each gets stuck in turn. She doesn't die because the dormant god, last of the setting, won't let her die. Her womb is kept intact and the part somehow made to... fit without disrupting her organs, mobility, or appearance. To prevent her mind from breaking, it wipes the incident from her mind, making her accept the whole thing is normal. Maybe it even pulls her back in time to before the heist to try and prevent it from happening again (but the party is still within her). Going forward as if nothing had happened (because from her perspective nothing had), this happens many, many times over, resulting in more and more adventurers within her.

Luckily for us, she still has normal centaur urges, and all the centaur men find her ravishingly attractive because of her divinely pregnant glow. She gets pregnant in the regular way, birthing many, many centaurs. Maybe her condition makes her immortal, or maybe she really does live the same day over and over again, but either way eventually her daughters and their useful magical horsepussies come dominate the setting in what seem like the blink of an eye, like they were always there, and almost all aspects of live revolve around them and their special properties.

To travelers sensitive to time and alternate dimensions, especially immortals, her horsepussy is a religious mecca, the holiest of sites that can only be accessed through the horsepussies of her female descendants. To get to her, you must go into the horsepussy of the nearest centaur female from her line, and go into her horsepussy, and from there to the horsepussy of her mother, and so back and back in time and space until you are there - the nexus, the centre of all things and the birthplace of causality. On the way are many, many roads, inns, bawdyhouses, chapels, and other waypoints to help pilgrims on their way.

They say her divine horsepussy is an Eden, filled with flourishing life and bountiful natural resources, some of which are found nowhere else in creation. No one starves, as there are bounteous horsepussy juices flowing freely as well as something known as sundew, that alights on everything as a fine, refreshing mist that smells of sunshine, and the earth.

In the ultimate horsepussy is said to stand the Cathedral; as to what is worshipped there and by whom it was built, much is said but little can be known for sure by us who live in the mundane world.
