  1. ● Mix up timings on ledge get ups
  2. ● Begin getup as opponents land with an aerial
  3. ● Get up immediately if opponent is out of position
  4. ● Reactive ledgetraps - The opponent is staying grounded, using shield a lot, and waiting to react to your choice of regular getup, getup attack, and roll
  5. ● Use jump and drop off double jump against reactive ledgetrappers
  6. ● Don't aerial or nairdodge as you jump from the ledge against reactive ledgetrappers
  7. ● Only jump aerial from the ledge to players who move/jump while ledgetrapping
  8. ● Mix up drift after jumping from the ledge
  9. ● Against preemptive ledgetrapping, use all get up options occasionally so your opponent has to respect them
  10. ● Don't play overly defensive/scared once you get up from ledge. Escape the Corner!
  11. ● Think about your opponent's character's options
  12. ● Don't buffer rolls to avoid ledgetrumps or regrabs as they can be hard punished
  13. ● Punish opponents' laggy moves with a drop down aerial rather than get up attack
  14. ● Get up attack if opponents are charging a smash attack or have a lingering hitbox out e.g. wario chomp, close to the ledge
