  1. Something eerie approached from the east, several weeks ago, causing mass evacuations from the villagers bordering along the coast of Esshar and destroying what it could.
  2. It was the size of a small moon, casting a great shadow over the land beneath it and floated above. Dozens of giant eyes that resembled clocks blinked against the creature's face, a 'tick tock' sound clearly audible as beams of light rained down from the construct, burning and killing without remorse. Reports of men in black and gold (the colors of Barsburg) return to the Coalition, occasionally performing maintenance on the machination before its too far into Essharan lands to do so.
  3. The standing army manages to force it back long enough for magi reinforcements to arrive- From Osrona, Theria, Myllenoris, and everyone inbetween. There the battle begins...
  4. (GLOBAL EVENT: A-help for summon!)
  5.
  6. Would it be wrong to say that creature of such magnitude attacking at such hour doesn't surprise him too much?
  7.
  8. If only because of the fact that Esshar was seeming to be a rather chaotic place as of late, enough to not only ensure that this wouldn't be avoided, but also the fact that this could be said as something rather peculiar..
  9.
  10. Something that is almost expected.
  11.
  12. "Is it the creation of Barsburg?"
  13.
  14. "Or something more sinister?"
  15.
  16. After all, witches were on the prowl. And yet, where the rosegold starlight shimmers around his form.. it's enough to prove itself to be something efficient to protect the High Lord of the Rhoynur.
  17.
  18. Something to make sure he would survive.
  19.
  20. "Whatever the case.."
  21.
  22. The High Lord- the King of Alabastre- raises the weapon that points towards the creature; here, in tact of other commanders, a mere word is spoken.
  23.
  24. "Attack."
  25. (Basil)
  26.
  27. The floating monstrosity was high up in the sky, and it continued its slow journey across the country despite the gathering of magi. But when they begin to attack with arrowfire and blasts of magical energy, the construct returns fire- Beams of light ignite from every 'clock' and scorch the lands below, and it seems to endure their blows handily.
  28.
  29. Tick tock.
  30.
  31. Tick tock.
  32.
  33. Time's running out.
  34.
  35. [INITIATING BOSS BATTLE . . . 10 MILLION HP SET . . .]
  36. [Narrate]
  37.
  38. The battle commences as many dozen of the gathered army and a force of Coalition troops work to push the titan back- It was especially heavy, at least a hundred tons, and its stone 'armor' was enchanted by a network of runes that several Chiron gems harness at the center of it all.
  39.
  40. But even something this massive with as much power behind it couldn't last forever, no. It wasn't designed to go for longer than a day, and had no real mind of its own other than to destroy anything in its path.
  41.
  42. And it did so.
  43.
  44. You look around, you see numerous magi being felled by beams of light as the creatue bends the flow of time magic to appear throughout the battlefield, scorching the land.
  45.
  46. An hour passes.
  47.
  48. It still lives, though its core is cracked.
  49.
  50. Then the final assault of numerous magi finally fell the construct- Prisms of mana escape each eye, as it implodes in fire and smoke.
  51.
  52. Only one chiron gem survives, falling in the hands of the one who dealt the final strike.
  53.
  54. Tick tock.
  55. Tick tock...
  56.
  57. The End of Times has been defeated, but this is surely only a taste of what was to come.
  58. [Narrate]
  59.
  60. A monstrosity.
  61.
  62. But it's rather clear that overwhelming numbers do their number upon it- for as much as it certainly possesses formidable strength, at the same time, it is something that he could envision to be merely a taste of what's to come - a way to assess the strength of local magi around here.
  63.
  64. Or rather, their armies.
  65.
  66. For these numbers couldn't be called anything less than an army.. and while the High Lord works around the constant blows that it deals, if only to overcharge himself with celestial mana from above, that of Alph, to cast away constant stream of explosions and flame alike..
  67.
  68. It is the effort of so many that brings it down.
  69.
  70. Piece by piece, until it's done. What seems to intrigue him, however, is the fact that it possessed Chiron to such degree.. why would Barsburg send in monstrosity that would unlikely deal that much, and spend so much Chiron upon it?
  71.
  72. Perhaps, Chiron isn't that valuable to them.
  73. Perhaps, they just possess this much.
  74.
  75. Or maybe they underestimated Esshar, thinking that this monstrosity alone could wreak havoc for a long time, and yet..
  76.
  77. "If they have Chiron to spare for this.."
  78.
  79. "Means they have a lot more within their vaults."
  80.
  81. This is all more reason to march upon them, is it not? Here, while the starlight shimmers around his frame and fades away steadily, seeing the creature defeated..
  82.
  83. His mind is occupied with what's to come.
  84. (Basil)
