Clan: The Mishandra clan isn't very well known, as most of the clan members are sages with no desire for fame or wealth. They lived modest lives outside of normal villages. They were in love with the world, and were one of the most ancient clans in existence, having been around since before the Chakra Fruit was consumed. Its members usually are philosophers, and move to other villages to give advice, and usually become village elders, or politicians.

Appearance: Fuma is short, with dull green-blue hair, with the green being most prominent. The hair itself is prehensile, and usually molded into two strange arm-like appendages, which resemble frog feet. The hands themselves are controlled by Fuma's brain, making them like real arms. They are hard as steel, and are very powerful. Her eyes are green, and her skin is pale. Her bangs cover most of her forehead. The hair is quite flouncy and voluminous, and is quite short, barely passing her chin, but the "arms" are very long, stretching to her knees when relaxed. She wears a very large hat, which is black in color, and has three neon green buttons, two situated on the upper part to look like eyes, while another is on the bottom in between the two, under a segment of hat that is embroidered in a zig-zag pattern as to look like a mouth. On two sides of the top of the hat, there are large pockets where Fuma stuffs her hair into, making them look like large floppy ears, which hang down to Fuma's forehead, longer than the rest of the hat. Fuma herself wears black most of the time, with triangle decorations, which are often purple. She wears tight black leggings underneath the clothing. Her shoes are black and green.

Personality: Fuma is quiet, reserved, and loves watching television, or reading books. She has a habit of staring off into space. She doesn't like loud noises, and has a taste for traditional music. She is often absorbed within some kind of activity. If she has nothing to do, she'll likely meditate, or chat with her Tailed Beast. She has a large collection of books, and always seems to have a book for everything on her. She likes to be appreciated, and helpful. She is polite to others, and very conforming when it comes to treating a guest right. Being invited to her house would mostly be her following you around, tending to your every need, to the point of it getting awkward. She lacks social skills, but makes up for it with her wisdom and knowledge. She's often fairly awkward and very blunt. She's honest to the point of it getting to be too much. If you asked her how you looked today, she might give you an essay on what is wrong with your appearance. She still lies, but only for things that are actually important, such as her massive scheme for freeing the tailed beasts and the many lies that were needed. She was willing to throw away her allegiance with her village without second thoughts for what she believed was right. She had laid down her life when it came to judging herself to see if she could continue to keep Kokuo. She nearly died. It was her dedication and acceptance of the situation that balanced out her mistakes and impurity with her kindness and dedication. She will often resort to disobeying direct orders to do what she believes is right.

Backstory: From youth, Fuma was a shockingly intelligent spirit with a tendency to stay by herself instead of bonding with others. She showed incredible intelligence from the start, and was a genius at Ninjutsu. However, as she grew adept with this power, her family noticed that she had become accustomed to gaining strength. She loved power, even at a young age. Her family decided to seal her within the grounds for over half a decade, hoping she would slow her learning and gain of power, and they could teach her to not desire power, as it turned out she stole many secret books from her families library. She did learn from her family nonetheless, which is where a lot of her wisdom comes from. She one day asked to leave the grounds, just to see the outside again. Her family refused, thinking it was a cunning lie. It was. Fuma had lied to her family, and they knew it. Enraged that her plan failed, she eventually concocted an even larger scheme with another member of her clan. It ended up that this other member of the clan was suckered in by Fuma's cheap tactics, and defended her from the council. Fuma ended up escaping, by destroying and burning a large portion of the grounds, and throwing others off in the fray, and the other member ended up just being a cheap diversion. Her family never pursued her, having exiled her. She went to the Hidden Leaf, hearing that it had been more advanced than the other villages, and not being super hot. She entered the village, joining the Ninja Academy, believing it was a gateway to more power. It was incredibly easy for her, and she quickly grew bored. But, she zoomed through it, graduating in a single year. She was placed in Team 4, with Ryuuga and Yoriyuki. She decided to make and example of herself, showing that she was in charge. Her efforts were put down by her sensei, Sakku. She tried belligerently fighting Sakku, but lost, albeit barely. Sakku was concerned with her power, but decided to teach Fuma anyways. She taught Fuma not to desire power for herself, but to protect others, which was the same thing her family taught her. But, after a while, Fuma really thought about why she desired power. She begrudgingly decided that it truly was to protect her friends, and to learn about the world around her. Soon after, the Leaf Village was ravaged by the attack of the 9 tailed beasts. As apart of a plan to gain power as a village, Boruto sealed several, but not all, of the tailed beasts into some of the people, one being Fuma, who had the 5 tails sealed into her. She eventually had a conversation with Kokuo, the beast, who had told Fuma he never had tried to attack the Leaf, saying his memories must have been erased. Fuma pondered this for a few moments. In less than a minute, she deduced that Kokuo had been controlled, along with the fellow tailed beasts, as historically, this has happened before. None of them must have any memories of the event. She was right. After a while, she saw that Kokuo seemed distant. He was upset that his freedom was stripped away again. She understood his pain, having been imprisoned for a long time herself, but not nearly as long as Kokuo. She decided to find a way to free him, but knew if she just plainly let him out, he'd just be sealed again, into someone else, and she'd lose him. She attempted to find a way to partially unseal him, allowing a small part of him out, so he would be free, and not cause a massive stir. She unfortunately was caught in the act of tampering with the seal, while only testing her first seal design. She was exiled, but was allowed to keep the beast as long as she agreed to be put under surveillance. ANBU were stationed around her new home in the forests around the village. She hated her exile, and she hated being watched. She couldn't continue her testing. So, eventually, she concocted yet another scheme. While she was permitted to shop in the village, with an escort, she actually performed a very convincing transformation after running away to find her favorite kind of cereal. The ANBU figured she wouldn't try anything funny. He was wrong, and was fired after she had mysteriously vanished. The village was searched while she conveniently left it, to return to her house. She found a few ANBU outside her house, and attacked them, putting them under Genjutsu. She moved them away from her house, and then performed a special Time-Space Ninjutsu, which actually separated her home from the surrounding area by linking space together in a barrier, making an invisible portal, which people would pass through when they walked into it. She lived completely undetectable for about two years, which she dedicated to finding a good way to unseal Kokuo. After several tries, and a few near-death experiences, she perfected the new seal, which would allow the beast to partially emerge from it in a smaller form, and be able to be summoned back to the seal whenever it was in danger, and could be completely summoned out of the seal, in full size. The process took about two years. She released the barrier, having been living in secret. She went straight to the Hokage, saying she was kidnapped by a group of strange people, and was imprisoned for two years. Sarada trusted her, allowing her to move back into the village. Fuma put herself in therapy to make it all more believable. Her tailed beast was still intact, to Sarada's surprise. She tried asking Fuma about it, but Fuma lied, saying she couldn't stand thinking back to what happened. Eventually, she reunited with her friends. She was still upset over being imprisoned, and decided the beasts had it much worse than her. She concocted another plan to release the beasts... all of them. This plan involved stealing papers from Sarada to find the location of the beasts in the gourds, seeing if Sarada would release them at all, all while under a transformation. She found out that Sarada had weaponized her and her friends as Jinchuriki, and would only use the other beasts to fight others. She decided it was a sort of terror tactic, and promptly stole all of the beasts that very night, while under another transformation to foil cameras, with military precision. She took over Turtle Island with the help of the Tailed Beasts, and eventually convinced her friends to allow themselves to be judged. Her relationship with Ryuuga was destroyed when she murdered his partner dragon who was made into a Jinchuriki for a tailed beast. She allowed herself to be judged. While preparing to face off against Bastion, she destroyed her home, and many of her books. She moved in with a friend for a while.

Ninja Tools: Chains

*Ninjutsu: 10 (She is extremely skilled with the jutsu she already knows, and is capable of combining them through complex ninjutsu contracts, and can use multiple at once through these contracts. She is capable of altering seals on anything, most notably her own complex and self-made seal.)
*Taijutsu: 6 (She is quite fast, and has descent skill with hand to hand combat. She prefers Ninjutsu, but she can get close and fight.)

*Genjutsu: 6 (Fuma is capable of fair Genjutsu, which can be given to others in multiple ways. Her specialty technique is actually contracting Genjutsu into others through seals.

*Intelligence: 9 (Fuma's wisdom is not just philosophy. She analyzes situations very well, and her knowledge with contracts can allow her to gear up for many situations. She often does not show it, and merely says that her opponent is predictable if she manages to outwit them, and even if she cannot outwit, she always prepares for the worst.)

*Strength: 5 (Fuma isn't physically too powerful on her own. She can fix this with a few techniques though.)

*Speed: 5 (Fuma doesn't move around a whole lot, and isn't incredibly fast.)

*Defense: 3 (Fuma isn't very bulky, and is prone to direct hits. She relies on defensive techniques to take hits for her.)

*Stamina: 7 (Fuma naturally has large chakra reserves. She can perform large scale Ninjutsu often, and this is accentuated by Kokuo.)
