The General Secretary, Josef Stalin has declared the situation in Eastern Europe far too unsavory. Working closely with Communist Leaders, he has made a promise that Fascism and Nazism in the continent will live no longer and that splinter cells of these old tyrants and genocidal Jew-Killers will be extinguished. Militant brigands of these remnants are still very much alive.

Their time has come. Glory to the Bolshevik Party, Glory to Stalin, Glory to the People of the Soviet Union, Glory to Stalin!


###Hang Bandera

**Ukrainian Nationalists Branded Nazis**

We have no words for the amount of atrocities that Bandera and his revolution have carried out within Ukraine. His orders, actions, movement and the UPA's leaders were directly responsible for assisting the Nazis personally in the Holocaust. Their role, their involvement and their collection of Jewish Ukrainians, Commissars and other Soviet citizenry caused their unjust executions. This carries on no longer.

Immense support will become funneled to Ukraine with stress to wipe out this movement entirely. Nazi collaborators will be met with a bullet. We have graves for every single one of them ready to be dug.

The following units are to be moved into the Ukrainian SSR to deal with this movement and snuff it out once and for all. 7th Guards Army will take command over Ukraine including Ukrainian Military Districts and units stationed at present as they see to the end of its resistance movement. We have been promised victory by the end of this year and next March at its latest. It will not exceed the next decade.

###The Baltics

**The Attack on the Forest Brothers**

Among the three countries in the Baltics (Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia), the resistance was best organized in Lithuania, where guerrilla units controlled whole regions of the countryside until just two months ago in February. These guerrillas are comprised of ill-impassioned teenagers and Waffen-SS Veterans with fever dreams of independence. Their attacks against the Jewish populations as well as Soviet citizenry will continue no more.

The People's Defense Platoons (Special NKVD Units) in these countries will consolidate their resources but continue with their shock tactics of captured individuals. With the end of the War, we will be funneling additional resources towards this movement in particular out of risk and fear of smuggling networks that have been reported to exist with main avenues of access in the Baltic Sea.

[With greater assistance to the Fourth Directorate of the Ministry of State Security, our attacks on rebel positions and outposts will be intensifying. Assets will continue working now with GRU agents to ensure that proper methods are followed to maximize resistance casualties. This will be expanded upon later (blops).](#secret)

We will be sending in [the 79th Rifle Corps](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/79th_Rifle_Corps), an additional unit of roughly 62,000 soldiers from the Moscow Military District to ensure that this issue escalates no further where they will be given tasks to assist the developing Militsiya units and existing NKVD Units in the extinguishing of this rebellion.



###Training Exercises

**Transcaucasia**

The [7th Guards Army](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/7th_Guards_Army) will begin a series of military exercises along the Iranian Border. The series of exercises will begin immediately, preparing the soldiers for a variety of scenarios that they may face on the border from internal resistance to a potential invasion by Iran. The military exercise will include a series of wargames (Non-Lethal Training Ammunition) to also better prepare the forces for the potential for invasion of Iran.

The exercise will be taken in three phases as follows:

**Phase One** (Education and Physical Readiness) Four Months

The first phase will be a series of educational courses over the next four months of how to properly utilize equipment bestowed upon us, how to properly soldier and ensuring proper Soviet physique for maximum combat readiness in this sector. This is where soldiers located within this region will also be educated on the terrain in a classroom environment as well as how to properly traverse certain obstacles and making modern usage of bridging equipment.

**Phase Two** (Preparation, Practical Implementation of Tactics) Four Months

Soldiers will begin to actively prepare themselves, their equipment and other resources for wartime. Our combat readiness along the Iranian border, especially with the condition of equipment, is paramount. With our new rifles, our new tanks, our new... *everything*, attention to detail is more important than ever before. We are entering a new phase of warfare for our soldiers and with this, old styles must end. Simply receiving a rifle and practicing how to shoot it alone is not good enough.

Soldiers will also take what they have learned in the classroom environment and put it to real-world usage where platoons are expected to traverse [across the entire region](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/668605384168177664/671284056981504000/unknown.png) within 21-day period. They will be divided at a Platoon Level as they camp out in the elements. It is possible that this will be known as a Army-wide Rite of Passage for completion if the trek continues.

**Phase Three** (Wargames) Six Months

This is where the 15th Motor Rifle Division (Blue Side) and the 75th Motor Rifle Division (Red Side, an undermanned force that will be acting as the insurgents, their training will excel in land navigation, mountain fighting and guerrilla tactics) will pit against each other while the 127th Motor Rifle Division (Green Side, Soviet) pit against the 164th Motor Rifle Division. (Orange Side Iranian)

The Green and Oranges will be pitted against each other with current standards of warfare. It will not be for intensified combat or deep Iranian attacks, if anything. We're more preparing our soldiers for the mountainous terrain that is exposed in the mountain ranges.

These exercises along the Iranian border themselves are more meant to intimidate than be seen as a legitimate tactic of invasion, specifically with Iran's current situation and international predicament of neutrality. The Soviet Union is not interested in entering any war at the moment but hope that this can be seen as a sign of our potential to Iran, if we ever were to. This tactic is definitely meant to impose pressure on the nation, hoping that they take a more serious look in expanding relations far closer together.
