[3:14 PM] zaXer.: in short words, vitaliy was sent at the car to tow it by a guy who brought him there and showed him the car, telling him to tow it.

[3:20 PM] zaXer.: i really believe that this is not how this situation should've ended, because vitaliy did not take or touch anything there.
[3:20 PM] zaXer.: he left it because he thought the guy who told him to take it might not be the owner
[3:20 PM] zaXer.: even said this to the police on scene who stopped him
[3:20 PM] zaXer.: so it ends up like if he stole it or not he'd be in jail for the same thing

[3:22 PM] zaXer.: this possible misinterpretation is what concerns me because its really what costed this whole situation

[3:23 PM] zaXer.: technically this whole misinterpretation is the breach of pd's corruption rules because that's just writing something that didnt happen / changing the story

[3:24 PM] zaXer.: absolutely nothing's gonna happen we all know that because when i asked in game the police on scene just said to not bother because you're an admin

[3:25 PM] zaXer.: Yeah but by what you write is considered the real thing, and now when they interrogated vitaliy and he said the same story, it turns out that he is "lying" because your story differs

[3:26 PM] zaXer.: if the stories matched he wouldnt go in jail nor get charged for anything.

[3:31 PM] Canadian: What you don't understand is that misunderstandings won't get me terminated for ooc corruption. I clearly misunderstood ICly and OOCly. The "report" was just for suspicious events for detectives to look into so I can't help you really.
[3:32 PM] zaXer.: well if james had trouble understanding vitaliy he'd have easily gotten someone to translate or something so he can understand rather than write a report on stuff that he didnt really understand whats going on and just writing some random stuff.

I don't really want to keep repeating what I'm saying so you can either appeal in IC court or file an IA report.
