Go south and catch 6 Level 13+ Wingulls (Weaken with Powder Snow, Catch first in great ball, rest in repeat balls)

Fight Twins (surf)

Swap Swampert back to front and fly to Oldale

Go to PC, Deposit all wingulls and move them to bottom row of Box 2

Deposit Abra if Castform is still alive, Deposit Castform if dead

Make sure Alive poke is in slot 3

Save before grass

Get encounter, switch to abra/castform, run

Go back to center, deposit abra/castform, use pomeg berry

Get encounter, view Swamperts stats, scroll down to cancel, scroll up for 13 Seconds, fluffy tail (run instead of fluffy tail 7th try)

Reset after 7 tries

Fly to Ever Grande when you can

Go to PC, change all Wingulls to have moves Wing Attack, Supersonic, Water Gun, x, then move them 2 spaces up

Leave center and save

Get an encounter, check swamperts stats, go down to cancel, scroll up for 2 seconds then fluffy tail

Repeat but run instead of Fluffy Tail

Withdraw 4 Bad Eggs, put ones with items higher up then go test for IVG/IFG
