I'm applying for moderator.

I would like to join the staff team in order to provide the server with another, perhaps unique, perspective. More often than not, tickets are handled with a black and white thinking, one player versus another - as opposed to absorption of the entire issue from a third party's perspective. Tickets can be intimidating for players, especially if they feel that they're being wronged in some form. Moderators should take a step back and instead act as meditators where available. This way, interactions with staff would come off as more natural and inviting.

Now, May i know how long, if any mod or staff experience  you have  had for long and in which servers may i know unless best kept unaware.
It wouldn't be troublesome if this is the first server to be a staff-member, mind you. Always good to start somewhere, right?

I do not have any moderator experience, but I'm on lore/wiki development & the promotion team for World Server.
It is to note, however, that I did host a fairly successful Gmod RP server back in the day.
