The unequal brothers. A fairy tale.

Once upon a time there were two brothers, Diererich and Bernd, who were a big, but very ill
the company had inherited. Almost everything was broken : The two brothers had to start from scratch and rebuild the company. Soon there was a big argument about the right business policy.Diederich searched and found his business partners in the East, and his older brother Bernd searched and found his business partners in the West.

They split up the company, and everyone went their separate ways. Bernd was lucky: He got the bigger part of the company and a lot of money and help from his business friends. He rolled up his sleeves, spat in his hands, grabbed his hands and built up. Soon the company was doing better, and after a few years everyone was talking about an "economic miracle" in Bernd's company. His people became richer and richer and thicker and thicker.

Diederich was unlucky: He got the smaller part of the company and nobody helped him. In
On the contrary, he still had to pay old bills and completely reorganize the company. He also rolled up his sleeves, spat in his hands, grabbed his hands and built up, but everything was very tedious and lasted much longer. After some time, his company also felt a little better, but there was no "economic miracle" to speak of. The people in Deirerich's company didn't have to starve, but they didn't get rich and fat either. "Why aren't we as well off as the people over there? " they asked.

More and more people were dissatisfied, but nobody was allowed to say that out loud. Criticize and
No swearing was allowed. And when more and more people didn't want to work for Diererich anymore and ran away to work for Bernd, he simply built a big wall around the company so that nobody could run away anymore.

But that didn't help : People couldn't leave, but they were always
more dissatisfied : They saw how well the people in Bernd's company were doing, and they wanted to do that. They took to the streets, demanded the resignation of the Diederich management and finally the merger of the two companies. First they shouted: "We are the company" and then "We are a company", and soon it was time: the wall was torn down.

Bernd took over the management of Diederich's company, and Diederich disappeared and was never seen again.
