  44. Personality: Although Jang Mi is not the leader, she feels a responsibility over the other members of the group and is constantly taking care of them. She's the member that others come to for advice when they're feeling stressed or down as she is a great listener and gives advice. She hates conflict and fighting so she helps to solve any arguments that is happening within the group and other people she cares about but sometimes it may seem as if she's butting in on whatever's happening. As a result she's often told to mind her own business. She is slightly OCD and a perfectionist, always making sure that the dorms are clean and that the members are doing what they're supposed to be doing. This means that she often nags the others when they're slacking or when they're not cleaning or cooking enough and the other girls find this annoying sometimes. She can be considered quite a worrywart just like a mother especially if the others are feeling overworked and tired from all their practices and schedules. She's can seem quite concerned with appearance, taking the longest time to get ready out of all the members as she loves to look good and she also loves to dress up the other girls. There are some times that she acts like the youngest especially when she unconsciously acts cute and or clings on to her other members. he be quite a scaredy cat which many fans and members think is funny/cute.

  46. Background: Jang Mi was born before her parents were married and her mother had to stop her studying to become a lawyer because of her pregnancy. As a result, Jang Mi always seemed to feel tension between her and her mother as she felt that she had stopped her from achieving her dreams. Jang Mi's family has a heavily academic background so it was quite unexpected when she had told her parents that she wanted to become an idol after being scouted at school. Her father had always doted on her as his first child and told her to go for it however her mother was disappointed as she expected something more. They had told her that if she wanted to become an idol she can't just give up her studying and as a requirement she would have to get into Seoul National University (SNU), the highest ranked university in Korea, before being able to fully go into training. So along with her dance and singing training she would be studying rigorously and often ended up falling asleep in the weirdest places. To her mother's (sort of disappointment), Jang Mi was accepted into SNU and moved to Seoul into trainee dorms after graduating high school.

She was quite stressed because their stylist was nowhere to be found and they were just a rookie group so she doesn't want to make a bad impression on the music show producers/directors. She was so preoccupied that she went into the wrong dressing room where her love interest was nearly naked and getting changed. They had heard of each other but never fully met until now.
