Details:
-After being kidnapped by Aubergine and nearly placed in a deathmatch with one of his nakama; a matter that would have led to Irwin's self destruction as refusal to raise his blade against a friend, the science director of Sun&Moon Camp Refooge has come to realize any day could be his last. This reality has awoken the cyborg to a simple truth; he must pave the way for his successors as the mysterious Sun hero within the gauntlet of gold had. This raised the thought, what had happened to all the scientists in the cycles before Irwin.

Where had all their machines gone.

- The objective is to follow a lead burrowing deep into the earth of snow in an attempt to find a machine graveyard. Likely resulting in them falling through the cavern sealing unceremoniously and being trapped until their business is done. The idea is that this place where cycles of machines have sunk might contain valuable research data, not to mention the scrap machinery and inspiration of past achievements possibly within.

- He primarily wishes to search for parts for Colt's hot rod (Rena knows more but I think he wants a car), though naturally Horatio's ship powered omnimachine has also given him reason to search for a possible remnant reactor of immense soul power. The director expects to encounter mad machines of those that attempted to avoid reincarnation and lost their humanity, lots of garbage, and friendships made along the way. Like Sid's room from Toy Story on crack, or the trash heap in the Robots animated movie.

- A secondary and overall objective is this acquisition of research and possible clues into the past cycles, though it's less of a mechanical gain than interesting IC for Irwin. He's spent this whole wipe debating the metaphysics of the soul grinder.

Having been kidnapped and nearly killed, the director of the Sun has come to realize how little time they really had in the purgatory they were trapped in. Moments amongst countless cycles, fragmented and disparate in his psyche. This might have shaken a lesser man, but it only seemed to galvanize the cyborg to push on and do as his forebears had. Prepare for the next cycle and this one alike.

This would lead him to the ambitions of his apprentice Colt. A young, hot blooded warrior with burning heart (literally, it was in Irwin's jacket pocket), and a hot rod soul. If he could ensure the boy's future, the cyborg would feel content in whatever fate was bestowed upon him in the warfront to come.
