While we would certainly like to assist you in setting up your server, I'm afraid that we're running into a bit of a roadblock here.

I apologize profusely, but what you're asking for is simply far too complex, and would take our representatives hours to even hope to accomplish, and it's out of reach for affordability with the amount of time and effort it will require to complete.
We would be happy to install plugins for you, set up ranks and permissions, install a pre-made map for you, but you're asking for a fully-functional Hypixel-style minigames server, and it's just something that we cannot afford to do.

I certainly understand your reasoning for wanting something so extraordinary and complex, as it would be a draw for lots of players and make your server quite popular.
However, I'm afraid that we cannot set up as much as you are asking, as it would take require several staff members several hours to complete, and this would take away from our other customer requests.

If you would like to attempt setting these things up yourself, we would be happy to try and provide insight into how you may be able to make it work, maybe even help debug problems that arise, but we can't fully set-up something this big for you.
