- Humming softly to the tune of mama mia he pulls a kidney out, squeezing it gently in his hand before placing it in a bucket of ice. He'll ground it later, for catfood. It would be a waste to throw such good meat away.
- The creaking of floorboards alert him to her prescence, but he doesn't stop. She's more than welcome to watch. In fact, he'd be very happy if she took a couple of steps forward and asked if he needed an extra hand.
- Alas, it only took a few minutes before he heard her leave, as quietly as possible. With unnecessary force he jams the knife in between the esophagus and the spleen of his latest victim. She's his daughter, she ought to partake in some father-daughter activities, and what better than the preparation of his 205th work of art? But no.
- Brown hair obscure his vision as he shakes his head in disappointment, and he gently slides them out of the way with the back of a bloodied hand. He knows that one day it will be her lying there, with several organs missing and a multitude of roses waiting nearby. Perhaps it'll be both of them. Or perhaps neither...
- Five days later it's on the news. "Briar Rose strikes again". Some idiotic cop's thought up a theory that he's harvesting organs and selling them on the black market. A small chuckle escapes his lips as he puts the bowl down for King Meowthur. Organ harvesting. As if.
