ya we did, its gonna be a no go for main raid because we really dont wanna go up to 4 hunters and Nok really isnt underperforming by that much anymore so warrant a replacement. Hes more than welcome to join the guild and come to Sunday runs etc
but a raider stop isnt a possiblilty atm

okay, well if you guys change your mind or are tired of Nok's really low dps, let me know. Seems silly to keep a raider that does "okay" vs someone that actually out performs them and actually does mechanics. But okay, I'll let him know about the weekend

this is true. He's not all that geared but he still parses better that Nok. And I've raided with him for at least all of Wod, and I can say he's a very dependable raider. Idk, I'll bring him along to the alt run and y'all can judge him better there.
I mean, for all we know he could be another gargong. one of your top dps.

but coming back to the game at the begining of a tier and being undergeared puts you at a big disadvantage
when you are looking to get into progression raiding
bring him to Sundays and maybe we will like what we see
