GM Rules/Guidelines.

1: ABSOLUTELY NO PvP with players
2: Tickets/Customer service are your NUMBER ONE priority
3: You are not to have conversations with players on LFG, that is what tickets/whispers are for
4: PvE is fine when there is NOTHING else to do
5: If you are on a GM account you are to be in teamspeak. NO EXCEPTIONS
6: Giving any player anything without having had a transaction on the website is FORBIDDEN and will result in termination from
staff, and depending on the severity, a termination of all legitimate accounts attached.
7: You are not to be visible to players in either mall unless an event is being done
8: Abusing your GM commands is forbidden and will result in immediate termination
9: Abusive language/trolling players will result in immediate termination
10: You are representing Fatality WoW at ALL times, whether you are working on the server or playing on it. Act as such.
11: Respect the chain of command, and take issues up the ladder accordingly

THESE ARE YOUR RULES^

Guidelines are simple:

Spam is a global warning first, followed by a 15 minute mute
Anal spam is a five hour mute, NO warning.
Racism is a 24 hour mute, no warnings
Hacking, depending on the offense, is a 3 day ban, up the ladder to 7 days, and then ultimately, perm.
Exploiting is a warning first, then a 3 day ban.
Bug abuse is a warning, then a 3 day ban
Staff abuse is a 5 hour mute, and in certain circumstances, a 3 day ban.
