Narrative:
Ms Day was seen walking around near the kitchen carrying a mouse which she had earlier picked up, I asked her to please keep the creature away from the kitchen as it was unhealthy to have around food. She then released it and it entered the kitchen, noting that my use of mousetraps was "very mean" and that the creature was "smarter than you". The mouse then proceeded to run over a mousetrap and died, she began shouting at me quite rudely before. She then began to make frequent comments regarding my age, she then said I was "fat as f**k" (please excuse my language) before walking off.

I felt quite threatened and worried that a member of the crew would act so angrily towards service staff for doing their job and don't feel like I should be subject to this sort of abuse. I'm quite upset.
