  1. Vivica Loirdne: <*goes on to where she wishes - AKA the southern meadow*>
  2. The spriggan rose from her lawn chair and followed after her daughter, fairly tired and mopey. But she dragged herself to this spar for her sake, maybe to help pass the time as well. Vivica had been there for her past episode, so it was clear that Batkem was just only hanging on. A very strange state for a plant.
  3.
  4. Along her way, a sunflower swiftly sprouted from the soil, prompting the woman to pick it and hold it as a staff. They were large plants that stood at the perfect height for the task, along with holding the perfect symbol. Around her, a veil of holy water grew to surge about like a river.
  5.
  6. At her side, an ethereal figure passed through an unseen gate. "I'm ready," the woman states.
  7. (Batkem Loirdne)
  8. Still on the cloud she formed, the young woman lead her mother towards the southern meadow before the dragon's cove to spar. That was Vivica's typical and usual spot for battling!
  9.
  10. The excitement she had felt grew with every passing second and the more they inched their way there, the more static electricity rose!
  11.
  12. "Well, I also wanted to show you how much I've grown in power over the years too. I'm able to summon an elemental, so I want you to see the amount of power that goes on between us, mom!"
  13.
  14. Ah! The excitement was so visible on her expression filled face! And with that being said, her eyes closed to see the door, the knob being pulled to allow the passage-way for the spirit realm to open and thus her hand reached in.
  15.
  16. Within the physical realm, Niall's body formed until he was fully there and developed. A whooping, massive, seven and a half foot elemental with a cloud much like darkened storm clouds, a bit translucent in view, with lightning magic seen throughout it. Bright, blue orbs were in place for eyes and water dripped down its form, just like a storm cloud!
  17.
  18. "Mom, this is Niall." The elemental's lightning formed arm gave a wave towards the woman. "Hello." The young woman's eyes widened -- did it just speak? The voice was ghostly and deep. "Wha-" Vivica didn't bother to question it, but again she spoke.
  19.
  20. "Alright, let's show my mom what we can do!" With that, the two being's lightning magic began to connect to each other's forms along with water and wind.
  21.
  22. Above, storms were conjured. Louds booms for thunder and storm clouds drew in.
  23.
  24. "I'm ready too, mom!" She called out.
  25. (Vivica Loirdne)

  37. Niall, an elemental. Just like Vivica had wanted to make. It reminded her of her original dream, one that seemed so silly now that she looked back. Batkem gave a light wave of her own hand. "Hello," she returns the gesture before focusing on the fight ahead.
  38.
  39. Her daughter had certainly witnessed her fighting style before, so the sudden swarm of insects that flew out from her robe sleeves certainly were no surprise. Insects, petals, and sunflowerheads cascaded about the spriggan, passing seamlessly through the veil of holy water which covered her.
  40.
  41. While Vivica seemed to wish the close the gap between them, it allowed allowed for the hive of flora and fauna to shoot itself at her ever closer. They swarmed her to a suffocating degree, biting at her skin and clutching it while fields of sunflowers grew about her to shoot blinding rays towards her face.
  42.
  43. Dashing forth, Batkem shot forth beams of cosmic energy and pressurized water while a shield of flowing holy water surged around her. Lightning that struck against her skin was soothed immediately by holy magic, water, and nature.
  44.
  45. A final beam struck against the young woman's side and sent her sprawling towards the ground, shot forth from the tip of her staff. Batkem tilted her head up and sighed, coming to a strange realization.
  46. (Batkem Loirdne)
  47. The swarm of insects was actually forgotten about! While rain poured from the sky over the many present, bugs kept biting at her skin. Vivica was attempting to swat at them or even use her own magic to rid of them, but it was no use!
  48.
  49. The woman remained distracted by the stings on her skin and the magic her mother was summoning to down her until eventually she did.
  50.
  51. "Whoa.." Niall was quite confused for a moment! Vivica stood back up from the ground with silver eyes that began to emit a glow and again, gales around her formed into twisters that towered over here and even Niall.
  52.
  53. The storm above was growing more violent. Bolts of lightning almost reached the ground and the rain's heavy fall continued onward.
  54.
  55. "Damn.." She grunted and smacked at another bug on her arm! She'd have to think again of how to beat her mother, if she could, but even she knew she couldn't. Vivica couldn't beat Ciel, so there was NO way she could defeat Batkem--
  56.
  57. "More.. power.. Niall." The elemental orbs she had on her! She flowed her mana within them to feel their effects in return. Hopefully this could be useful!
  58. (Vivica Loirdne)

  70. Once more, it was time to fight. While Vivica had her elemental, Batkem had her own spirit, Lucian. Not her warden for sure, but a combatant nonetheless. Raising her left hand, the spriggan called forth her many allies to return; insects from about the field came back to swarm about her, while her specter reformed itself.
  71.
  72. The spriggan launched herself forth with a burst of cosmic energy, her swarm shooting itself toward Vivica to suffocate her with bug, flower, and light. Lightning struck around, yet it didn't seem to quite reach its target. If it did, holy water simply healed any wounds.
  73.
  74. A whip of water launched the woman's daughter back into a grapple from behind, ethereal hands gripping about her to hold her in place. With a wall behind her, Batkem rose her sunflower staff to unleash a terrible ray of cosmic power straight into the storm magi, nearly downing her on the spot. While a second beam of water came out, the girl had the necessary reflexes to turn herself into a cloud of mist in order to ignore it.
  75.
  76. But it meant little. The priestess shot herself forward yet again, the power of the stars coalesced at the tip of her staff which she pressed into her stomach. Energy built up before surging forth to throw her straight to the ground just as before, her clothes certainly scorched.
  77.
  78. "It's not very fair, is it?"
  79. (Batkem Loirdne)
  80. This woman's power was fucking scary. The amount of magic that held Vivica in place quite literally scared her, but she didn't show it. She did her best to wiggle herself out of it, even if her mother could use this to her advantage to down Vivica.
  81.
  82. Fog was spread along the field of battle, allowing Vivica a somewhat slow escape from the clutches of Batkem's magic. Niall was doing his best to fight Batkem, but missing attacks. It was obvious he wasn't very well informed on that magic she could conjure, but hey, it was a battle experience against this magic nontheless.
  83.
  84. The elemental got to witness his summoner be downed by her own mother's magic and she dropped to the ground, weakened by Batkem's magic. Bug bites along her skin were visible, but even after battle, rain water was pulled into an aura around her to heal the very minor bites.
  85.
  86. "Not very fair? W-What? N-No.. you're.. kraus.. powerful, mom. Your power d-doesn't make the battle unfair at all." She rose with struggle to pick herself up from the ground.
  87.
  88. "That was incredible." Stated Niall with a deep, ghostly tone. A mouth formed just below his eyes. A straight line of what appeared to be lightning magic. "Y-Ya.. ugh.. I agree." Her body hurt, but at least it didn't land her in the infirmary like Zain did as a dragon.
  89.
  90. "Why would it be unfair?" She questioned when she stood and approached her mother.
  91. (Vivica Loirdne)
  92. Indeed, it had been a very intense battle, with storms covering the area. Batkem's magics, on the other hand, were very precise. Very direct beams and dashes marked her style, while the only noticeable change to the environment about her would be the growth of flora, particularly in the field of sunflowers. The spriggan dropped her staff to the ground, allowing her aura of water to disperse while insects fluttered away.
  93.
  94. "I beat you, but it doesn't matter much. All of this power only belongs to myself, and I'm not even capable of using it against the alliance. That work would've been much better in a different pursuit," she says with a sigh, crossing her arms over her chest.
  95.
  96. "Would you like to return to town?"
  97. (Batkem Loirdne)
  98. Vivica Loirdne: I.. I agree with you, mom. It does matter. I'm sure soon we'll find a use for your power. But.. yes.. let's return to town. Niall, you can go on home. <*nods her head and he disappears in a flash of lightning*>
  99. Vivica Loirdne: <*comes back into town with Batkem and is a bit beaten up*>
