some ideas:

- remuxes can be trumped with transparent 1080p encodes that are at least 25% smaller and originate from the same or a superior source (encodes that fix certain problems of the source (e.g. banding, blocking) are excluded from the 25% rule)
-all streams must be untouched (no FLAC audio or srt subtitles)
-chapters and commentaries must be included if present in the source
-the source of the remux must be mentioned in the torrent description (release group of the BD release or BD distributor), eac3to log is preferred
