  5. It is time for another staff recruitment survey.

  7. As usual, it is very important that you provide any useful information about the candidates in your responses, and tell us if you support, are neutral, or against them being promoted. Also explain your reasons behind those decisions. Everything is kept confidential between you and the bureaucrats.

  14. 1. Lollipop The King - Content Moderator (Helps out a lot with cleanup work, and has improved greatly in his conduct.)
  15. Disagree
  16. Reason: I don't know this user very well, but if his conduct was a problem before, then that should disqualify him for a position until he spends a lengthy, extended period of time demonstrating that he has changed. Whether or not he's genuinely better right this moment is irrelevant; if someone causes problems in a public establishment, that establishment isn't going to hire them as a sales clerk 1-3 months later, no matter how much they've shaped themselves up in the meantime.

  28. Reason: I disagree with this for the same reason why I disagree with #1. We shouldn't be giving out staff positions to people just because they're being nice for the moment. There needs to be a much better reason for why they've earned the job, especially if their conduct has been a problem in the past.

  35. Agree
  36. Reason: C2 is someone who seems reasonable enough on the surface and tends to be helpful whenever threads are getting too chaotic. He's been here a long time, knows the rules, does what he can to raise awareness of those rules and doesn't seem like he's trying to bend them to suit his purposes at every turn. I believe this qualifies him for the position, and I want to see how well he can rise to the occasion.

  40. Reason: I've yet to see any awful behaviors on Everything12's part, but I've also yet to see him do anything outstanding that merits a staff promotion. He's been around a while and knows his way around, but I can't say he's sticking out in my mind as a proper candidate for DM (and I say that as someone who's performed the job), so a Neutral vote is the best I can do.

  44. We need to be more strict about who we're signing onto our staff roll. I understand that we need as many hands on deck as we can get (especially now), but we can't be giving these positions out to just anyone. They should have to prove themselves before they receive such a promotion, and we should be taking into account exactly how long they've been here and what they've managed to do in that timeframe. Otherwise, we're going to end up with more staff members who either aren't very capable/reliable or make poor decisions while in their positions of power.
  45. I want someone to actually consider this instead of waving it off, because I'm not just saying it for my own health.
