Clearly spitting on each other is the solution to fights

Alexithymiaa: -Steph had finally been able to slow down for the day after being up all night and being busy for a majority of the day. Settling down to sit on the floor with her sketchbook for the first time in a while, she'd started sketching a rough sketch of Felix because it made her happy, but it wasn't very long until she was pretty much lying on the floor and sketching. And then completely asleep with Nugget next to her.-
Covet: Felix had come home and made his way into the house, the only animal coming to the door being Penny. He hung up his coat then walked into the kitchen getting himself a drink and hunting down a snack. He turned his head and saw Steph passed out on the floor. He thought about waking her up, but he was still a little grumpy about last night. Walking around the coffee table he sat down on the couch and picked up the remote turning on the TV to a slightly louder than acceptable level.
Alexithymiaa: -She stirred when he turned the tv on, slowly picking up her head and prying her eyes open and blinking a few times as she glanced around. Pushing away the grogginess, she looked at the tv and then Felix, just sort of staring at him through narrowed eyes.-
Covet: "Morning...erm... Moonbeam?" He said then gave a shrug as he took a drink from his water and munched on the white cheddar popcorn.
Alexithymiaa: "Why is that so loud?" She asked in a raspy, sleep ridden voice, pushing to sit up further so she could rub the sleep from her eyes.-
Covet: Felix just looked at her for a second before he cleared his throat, "Because I'm deaf?" he asked like her question was the dumb one.
Alexithymiaa: "The room was silent and you hardly ever listen to the tv so loud." She said in a grumpy voice, fixing her glasses on her face. "Are you really being spiteful right now?"-
Covet: "No, I am just trying to enjoy my evening after getting off work. Maybe my bateries are running low." He said with a shrug. "If you are tired there is a perfectly good bedroom to sleep in, instead of on the floor."
Alexithymiaa: "I was drawing..." She said in a growly voice, looking down at the sketchbook she'd fallen asleep on top of. "Thanks for your consideration though." Getting her hands underneath her, she pushed up to her feet, walking over into the kitchen to grab herself a bottle of water from the fridge.-
Covet: "Hard to draw with your eyes closed, isn't it?" He asked her, then shoved a handful of popcorn in his mouth, just being a pain in the butt.
Alexithymiaa: "Is that why that picture of you looks so bad? And here I just thought it was a flaw in my subject." She retorted, uncapping the bottle and walking back over to take a sip.-
Covet: "Sounds about right. I never claimed to be perfect." He said to her with his own amused look and a shrug.
Alexithymiaa: -She set her jaw, irritated that she wasnt able to get under his skin like he was able to get under hers. It didnt help that she was tired and cranky. "No, just that you know everything, all the time."-
Covet: "Well now that's just a little presumptuous. I don't know everything, I am however willing to learn new things though." Felix said looking over at her with a smile.
Alexithymiaa: -She took a sip of her water and looked down at him, pursing her lips and spitting water at him like a fountain.-
Covet: "Hey! What was that for?!" He asked jumping up as the water was spat at him. "You made my popcorn soggy." Felix said with a pout.
Alexithymiaa: "You were being an ass." She said with a pout, recapping her bottle. "And I dont really feel like listening to you be smug right now. You win, okay? I'm tired and I'm grumpy and I ended up telling them things were crazy and I was cramming to learn the song in time anyway. Happy?"-
Covet: "Depends... What did they have to say about it?" Felix said as he sat the bag of popcorn down on the coffee table, shaking his shirt out that was now wet.
Alexithymiaa: -She rolled her eyes, turning her head away from him because she wasnt prepared to see his smug face again. "They asked if I would be ready to record Saturday and asked if I wanted to come out next Saturday instead."-
Covet: "Oh, well that was nice of them. I'm glad that worked out for you and they gave you some extra time. I can see why you were catching up on your sleep then." He said with a smile, that was a little less smug.
Alexithymiaa: -She turned back to stare at him, giving him the ultimate death glare. "Alright, shut the fuck up. And stop with the face. I don't want to hear your crap right now."-
Covet: "I barely have a face. I'm glad that they were willing to work with you on it. See.. I told you, you were special." He said all that smugness returning.
Alexithymiaa: "I honestly think that it's just because Chris is like the nicest human on the planet and doesn't really have much to do with me." She said, stepping closer and dropping down onto the couch.-
Covet: "Stop it. It's because of you, if it wasn't they wouldn't have asked you. So shut up and accept the fact that I am not the only one who thinks you are something awesome." Felix said looking at her.
Alexithymiaa: "Thaats true. Your mom likes me best, too." She said with a smile, turning on him because it was literally the only thing she had.-
Covet: "Yeah, yeah, if that makes you feel better about all of this." Felix said rolling his eyes. "That means I have to be some what her favorite too, because She wouldn't have you without me."
Alexithymiaa: "Second best." She said quickly, bringing her hand up to run through her hair. "Well... it might be a tie for second best because Seb is the good twin so you must have given her hell."-
Covet: "He is not the good twin. I am the good twin and there is no tie, because he is the worst." Felix said with a glare at her.
Alexithymiaa: "So you're saying he was the more difficult one to live with then? Should I quote you on that for the next time everyone is together and you guys can duke it out?" She asked.-
Covet: "Obviously." Felix said rolling his eyes. "We don't need your help instigating fights, we're good at that on our own."
Alexithymiaa: "I've noticed. When we were waiting for you guys to get home, I was taking bets you were busy arguing in the car and that's what was holding you up." She said as she leaned down to pick Nugget up onto the couch, scratching over his head.-
Covet: "No, we weren't, but that's because he was high." Felix said as he watched his rollie pollie dog yawn and stretch all sleepy like.
Alexithymiaa: -She struggled to try to shift the dog to a more comfortable position on her lap, but he was like a lump of dead weight. She winced as she dragged him desperately, moving her arm and breathing a sigh of relief that his legs werent digging into her anymore. "I'm surprised you weren't. It was your birthday afterall."-
Covet: "I was... once I got home. That's what that sucker was. I just didn't want to eat it until after we got home. I was being a responsible driver and all that good shit." He said with a grin. "That cake was amazing, even more so after that sucker."
Alexithymiaa: "Ahh... okay. Well I'm glad you enjoyed it. I destroyed Cadence's kitchen to make it for you. I figured catering to your sweet tooth was a good guess for a cake this year." She paused, looking down at Nugget. "I don't know what the hell I'll do next year."-
Covet: "Of course I did. Even more so now that I know you destroyed a kitchen just to make it for me." He said with a grin. " Well thankfully you have a full year to think about it."
Alexithymiaa: "Mhm... but there's no way I can continuously top this every year for the rest of my life. Eventually, you're going to be disappointed." She tipped her head up to look at him, giving him a shrug.-
Covet: "No I won't. Because I didn't really celebrate my birthday to begin with. So the fact that you do anything at all, is more than enough for me." He told her with a grin.
Alexithymiaa: "Okay, but think about it like this. We're like fifty and I've been celebrating the crap out of your birthday for almost thirty years by that point. You're used to a crazy birthday celebration every year, and that year it's just not as good as the previous years. You can't tell me you won't be at least a little disappointed."-
Covet: "I can to." Felix said. "Because I'm happy that you want to celebrate it regardless of how big or small the celebration is. The only person that is going to be disappointed is you. Which is why I'm telling you right now, that you're not allowed to be disappointed about it."
Alexithymiaa: "I'm not allowed?" She asked, raising her brows at him. "Since when do I need your permission to be any sort of anything, huh?"-
Covet: "You don't. For anything, except this. And because it involves my birthday, I'm allowed to make those kind of exceptions." He said looking at her.
Alexithymiaa: "Ugh, I don't even have it in me to argue with you right now." She said with a sigh, trying to shift Nugget again because heavy. "Can you take him? My legs are falling asleep."-
Covet: "Hmm... part of me wants to make you suffer for the decisions you've made, but I think I've done that enough lately." He said then leaned over to get hsi dog off of her legs, pulling him over to his lap with a few grunts of complaint.
Alexithymiaa: "You being a pain in the ass is more than enough punishment." She said, sighing when he pulled the dog off her legs. "I should cut your tongue out in your sleep."-
Covet: "Sheesh, save it until after we're married, woman." Felix said. "I don't know how I feel about your hairstyle turning you into this ruthless heartless tinman.

Alexithymiaa: "Excuse you. I was a ruthless, heartless tinman before I dyed my hair." She shot back, sticking out her tongue. "Speaking of... I think maybe after the new year... we can start discussing what we want to do?"-
Covet: "True, but you at least seemed a little warm, the hair gave that illusion, now... it's gone down the drain." He said sticking his tongue back out at her. " Yeah, I like that idea" He said with a genuine smile.
Alexithymiaa: "I see what you did there." She let out a small laugh at his pun, shaking her head. "You're going to actually help, right? You're not just going to make me plan this whole thing by myself?"-
Covet: "I will help where it's needed. But I also trust your opinions too. So I'm realy not that worried about all of this." Felix told her.
Alexithymiaa: "It's not about that. I want your opinions too. This isn't just about me and what I want. Especially because I have no idea what I want." She let out another yawn, rubbing at her eyes.-
Covet: "Well we've got time between now and then to figure all of that out. So instead for right now, let's get ourselves to bed. Sleep sounds wonderful right now." He said getting up to offer her a hand to help her up.
Alexithymiaa: "Mhm." She said with a nod, putting her hand in his and climbing to her feet. "I might have to set several alarms for myself tomorrow if I want to actually wake up in the morning. Not that Penny will let me forget about our morning run."-
Covet: "Of course not. She's ever persistent." Felix said as he guided her off towards the bedroom.
Alexithymiaa: "Animals take after their humans." She said with a laugh and followed him.-
