from my understanding he was in his personal team's VC. We can't enforce every team to be equal opportunist orgs, man. Any team can deny or accept any team member they want into their clan, for whatever reason they want.

Maybe not morally, but as far as a standardized form of handling issues regarding these issues, it's not our call.
I can't go witch hunting to find clips of players saying things, perhaps out of context, perhaps not, and ban them based on their actions. Just like it's the same expectation that I'm not going to ban players who may or may not have a bad reputation from years ago. You follow?
