- Mix:
- 4 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites
- A touch of milk (half an egg cup)
- Half a knob of butter
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Mix again
- Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds
- Mash the eggs up with a fork
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Enjoy!
