Janoani "Breezo" Williams, a immigrant himself, living in the Bloxton Homes area almost all his life, seeing his people picked on, decided he was gonna make a change and his friends and family needed some respect in the streets of New Bloxton as he saw his people being bullied and tormented by the corrupt police force and racist locals, Janoani started a gang of African American and Asian people named 383 Capphire City Ape Mafia, shortening to G$C due to most of the members joining in order to pay rent and get money for there family. He started the faction with his close friend Devin Taylor to take first, Bloxtn Homes, then possibly New Bloxton and turn it into a place where the Section 8 and less fortunate youth could be respected once again.

Convincing Devin to rebel against the oppressive government was hard to do, but Janoani promised him money, women and respect, freedom. Luis needed to get his Friend and him some guns so they can protect their block better, so Janoani phoned up his close friend he saved in Rikers Island, that owed him, Carlos Hernández kept his promise, but he did mention to the two boys, that it'd take a while.
Carlos would phone them when the crates were dropped off, and they arranged a drop off point somewhere in Eastern New Bloxton, past the border checkpoint.

Janoani said to drop it off at the farm, as he knew the farm owner closely, as he did "reposession gigs" for him. Carlos did not understand what he meant, but he said it'd be delivered to the farm on September 30th. Carlos eventually smuggled firearms from Mexico to New Bloxton, an entire crate, to last them for quite a while.

The Baby Crips have a population which differs in age, from 9 to 17. The Baby Crips strive to become fully-fledged members of 383 Capphire City Ape Mafia Crips .

Recruitment by the gang is on the increase. Many new members join in a bid to be protected from rival gangs. Others join out of fear of the repercussions of rejecting 383 Capphire City Ape Mafia Crips or its counterparts.

Heavy recruiting is being conducted in many New Bloxton high schools. The most common recruitment method in schools is by intimidation, although resistance is common. Many students carry weapons to school in aid to protect themselves from gang members. Numerous assaults involving firearms and knives have occurred on or around junior high and high school campuses during the current school term. The schools report the incidents are a result of gang recruiting and initiation rituals.

One initiation ritual requires a prospective member to be physically beaten by other members. The prospective member(s) are expected to commit a crime to be accepted into the gang. In order to move up the ranks in the organization, members must commit crimes of a more violent nature, usually involving firearms.

G$C Crips members involved in drug trafficking are supplied to some extent by these local drug traffickers.
