Windows
Go to Settings - then Options - then Capture (On left hand side of page) - Click Push to Talk - Set Hotkey (Choose a button you don't usually use. e.g. Enter, F1, F2 buttons) Tick Echo reduction and noise cancellation. Click Apply. Dont forget to hold your hot key button down while you speak.

Mac
Teamspeak menu > Preferences > Capture> assign a hotkey+ tick echo reduction and tick echo cancellation. Click Apply
