Unfortunately, we receive a high volume of fraudulent orders and steps like this are necessary, both for our own protection and the millions of people who fall victim to identity theft each year. Most unauthorized orders we receive are made by children, as young as 10 years old, who are using their parents credit cards without their knowledge; nevertheless, we need to complete the following step(s) in order to be able to deliver your order. Rest assured that your personal information will remain confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than fraud prevention. We understand that this is an inconvenience and we appreciate your cooperation.

  3. To complete the verification process, you first have to send a cell phone number from your payment e-mail address (i. e. the one associated with your PayPal or Skrill account) to shop@mulefactory.com.
  4. We will send a random code to that cell number, which you will have to either e-mail us back, or contact us via LiveHelp and tell our support employees that way.

  6. Additionally, you have to send a picture of your Photo ID/Driver License/Passport to shop@mulefactory.com.
  7. On the ID itself, only the name has to be legible and the photo visible, you can hide or blur every other information (naturally, we will immediately delete your e-mail after having received it and checked the information). This process is simply to confirm that you are the owner of the Paypal account and credit card with which your purchase was made.
