Spacebase Startopia - Hotfix 1.1.3

I received an emergency report from some space station owners and immediately put the R.F.S. units to work. The current hotfix 1.1.3 comes with a crash fix and improved music fading. This also fixes mechs getting destroyed when they touch the sector breach barrier.

- Crash fix for CPUs without support for some particular vector instructions.
- Improved music fading if room music starts becoming audible. Will get further improvements in future updates.
- Fixed mechs getting destroyed when they touch the sector breach barrier.
- Fixed window mode not getting resetted when clicking default settings.
- Added visual variation for Hem'Netjer Hate Preachers to make it easier to identify them for the “Inner Peace” achievement.
- Fixed Loca issue in market license event.
